- DIY changing my 2004 Audi A4 Quattro 1.8T manual USP Remote/Key Fob 2032 battery. After battery replacement, re-program/reset remote to car.
I noticed that the response from the remote had gotten weak which indicates low battery. I created this video to illustrate how simple it was to replace the battery. My range was getting shorter to arm and disarm the car.
Since I did a video to replace the B9 battery, I figured I would do the same for the B6.
The second part of this video illustrates how to reset the remote to unlock and lock all doors. You will have to manual unlock the doors first if the car is currently locked.
Yesss bro thank you so much! I couldn’t figure out why my key wasn’t working after replacing the battery! I couldn’t even use the key to put in my driver door because I got hit and had to buy a driver door from the junk yard, but your method worked! Thank you thank you
