    Ever thought of a 40 minute? Higher intensity interval‘s with slightly longer lag time in between. Super intense spike and drop!

    After 5x straight days of heavy bag work, this one challenged my will to win. This workout felt like the back half of a 12 round fight. Kept my opponent honest while respecting my power. Enjoyed the grind of this one!

    This was awesome. I loved the drills and the footwork. Trying to polish the basics and this works better for me than the HIIT style. Thanks for the variety.

    Great workout I wish all the similar workouts were grouped in playlists in a more organized way. Difficult find the next video or previous videos in the series.

    When I first started watching your videos I wasn’t a fan of the freestyle sections, I preferred to follow what you were doing, but as I do more videos I am starting to like the freestyle sections a bit more. Allows me to try out some other combos I want to practice

    Hey, thanks for your effort. Your workouts give me a good guideline as a "returner" to boxing/K1. I use your workouts as a supplement for my strength workout and as a cardio workout after running. Espacially in Coronatimes its fantastic to have someone to coach you from the "sideline". Thankfully I've a heavy sandbag at home :)

    Going to do this one when I get home this evening after work. Even your technical workouts are not that easy. Now I need to get mirrors so I can see if my form is breaking down. Been pretty disappointed on the video I've taken of myself, doing your workouts. Dropping left hand, telegraphing.. Think it because I'm being pushed and gassing a little.

    I'm down 50 lbs by not eating like an asshole and doing these 30 minutes M-F and that's it.
    That being said, these freestyle laden ones; I drag balls. Anyone else? I can handle nutrition and endurance but no one will ever tell me I have to think for myself during heavy bag workouts!
