Love the vids, really helps me continue my training patterns. Why havn't you included a timer in this video? Personally it helps a lot for me to see how much is left of the round :)

Allows me to try out some other combos I want to practice
Hey, thanks for your effort. Your workouts give me a good guideline as a "returner" to boxing/K1. I use your workouts as a supplement for my strength workout and as a cardio workout after running. Espacially in Coronatimes its fantastic to have someone to coach you from the "sideline". Thankfully I've a heavy sandbag at home :)
Going to do this one when I get home this evening after work. Even your technical workouts are not that easy. Now I need to get mirrors so I can see if my form is breaking down. Been pretty disappointed on the video I've taken of myself, doing your workouts. Dropping left hand, telegraphing.. Think it because I'm being pushed and gassing a little.
I'm down 50 lbs by not eating like an asshole and doing these 30 minutes M-F and that's it. That being said, these freestyle laden ones; I drag balls. Anyone else? I can handle nutrition and endurance but no one will ever tell me I have to think for myself during heavy bag workouts!
