    Just installed the lift kit. I didn’t have to drill at all. I just moved the holes where the tension bolt goes and it lined up. That’s just from my experience and everything fit perfectly. Also check your lift kit to make sure you have every screw or bolt needed before you get started. Mine was missing a few parts but Rough Country sent the parts right away.

      It's like putting a longer strut, but instead you just pull it up, so there's less sticking out on the bottom of the steering knuckle. Then put on a spacer, so it won't slide back down while driving

    I like the install and tutorial but...whoever paid to do this basically just made it into a worse Trailhawk (still doesn't have a locker, rock crawl mode, or robust skid plates), and if you pay a technician to install this as well as adding the tires, you're paying for the difference to just get a Trailhawk so....why?

    • @tabskaggs5162
      @tabskaggs5162 2 роки тому +4

      I am the owner that made my jeep into "worse trailhawk". I don't need a locker or skid plates, I am not a rock crawler. I do soft off roading only. I wanted more clearance and quite honestly I just think it looks better. I also didn't have to pay for it because Bill's wife Deb is my best friend...just a perk of being a CODDIWOMPLER 😁. I'm sorry my jeep doesn't meet your expectations but thank you for watching.
