@@MrElpajita There's no doubt you need to be talented to be featured in F1, but don't you think it's WAAAY easier to get to their level if you were put in a gokart at age 3, then for basically 15 years you were only racing? They didn't have to stress about money, or about getting newer and more powerful cars, etc. Also they are practicing a LOT, which makes a huge difference. Give them equal chances and then see who's better than who! Until this happens, your comment, in it's current form is bullshit

Of course if an old car is fixed up right it can outperform a new car. The driver of the Porsche didn't want to push his car on factory tires anymore he was clearly outperforming the Nissan. The Porsche should be a lot quicker. An awful lot! Im affraid, however, that the Porsches driver just isn't as skilled - or doesn't know the track as well as hachirokumeister.

Porsche driver looked like he was learning the track and let him pass so he could pay attention to the track layout. Chase car still has some skill though on that track. Would like to see him drive the Porsche!

your car looks to handle very well! I am interested in the type of gearbox/shifting mechanism you are using here? those are some damn quick gear shifts if it's stock.
This car was a mild supercar back in the 1990s, a 6/10 performance vs a 7/10 performance car is almost entirely decided by the driver. It sounds like it's been straight piped or at least has a gutted exhaust without a cat / muffler, so at 200 kph it wouldnt be super suprising to gain 15-20 horsepower just from removing a restriction on an engine that is designed for higher RPM. With a good tune up say 40 horsepower on top of stock. Strip the interior for weight, why not? That closes the gap between the Porsche a little and with a driver that's twice as skilled you can see why that GT3 couldnt keep up.

As long as you have horse power and a little skill, ANYTHING can go fast. Also..... there's a big difference in financial risk from the Porsche. Also.....put a better driver in the Porsche and good nite 200.

Setup is tuned so perfectly to the Nurburgring. That grip is incredible
