We are pre-ordering "Risky Business," "Farewell My Concubine," "Fall Guy," "Lady From Shanghai," "Horizon," And "Sony's Columbia Classic Box Set #5." We subscribe to Sony, and they recently sent us a survey, for us to vote on 6 more Classic Titles. We aren't sure, if these will be released separately or in a box set. Many of the titles were already released in the new and previous box sets, but many titles were not. Don't exactly know what they plan, but it was enjoyable voting just the same. One we voted for was "Funny Girl." Hope your health gets better, James. Try to keep the stress to a minimum (it can be difficult). You're bleeding ulcer has us worried. Make sure you get enough sleep and curtail the sugar and salt. Sometimes its the little things we manage that makes all the difference.

Others are Bill and Ted 2,3 individuals, Delta Force- wish it has a slip, Amityville Horror and then Kingdom Apes, Bad Boys 4, league of their own as well.
However. The most excited for are ones you announced from insider videos that are not officially announced yet- Which I am wondering about- Terminator 1,2 remake, 3! The Lethal Weapons movies, Wayne’s world 2, and I think you mentioned Dances with Wolves, Aliens 3 & 4 and Tombstone. If not, I heard they were being released this year. And then the rumored Nightmare on Elm Street Boxset!
Even if I am not the biggest fan of Friends, I want to pick up the 4K set because having that series in 4K in my collection and media server is something I want to be able to say I have. It's a big deal!

Great update. I have to say though Jaws the Revenge is one of the worst movies ever made….but so bad it requires a one time viewing. My pre-order will be fall guy steel book. My wife and I both enjoyed the movie theaters and if the extended cuts even better I’m definitely willing to buy it. Finally, sorry to hear about your health problems. We all have challenges I know I’ve had health problems all about how do we weather the storm. Hang in there I’ll put you in my prayers good luck my friend.

So I was wondering, do you have a recommendation for a blu ray (non 4k) region free player? I was going to get one soon since I have a few blu rays that are region b locked. I wanted to still support your channel by using your links but yours is for the LG 4k region free player. What is the aspect ratio of the Friends 4K Box set? If the original broadcasts were 4:3, will they open up the frame on the sides for 16:9? If the original photography was framed at 4:3, wouldn't there be things like boom mics, edge of sets, etc. in the opened 16:9 shot?
When you do the review for The Fall Guy. The theatrical and extended cut are they on both the 4K and the normal Blu-Ray Disc. Or like the extended cut only on 1 of the disc's?
James, I watch your videos and buy movies on disc because I love watching and analyzing movies. Sometimes you make it sound like it's not any fun for you, and that is sad.
Take your time getting better. if you have to space your videos out because of it then so be it. If you're putting out good content, no one cares if they're spaced out a bit.

No pre-orders or upcoming releases on my radar. But thank you for your work, James! I am frustrated with the Columbia box sets because there are individual films in those sets I would really like to own. Buy it's not worth the cost to buy the box set for 1 film. Also hoping to see studios release a larger variety of films on 4k. It's seems like the majority of 4k releases recently have been action or horror films.
I understand WB wanting to be cautious of not losing money on Horizon but it is VERY messed up IMOP that we must be forced to buy individual copies of what is a 4 episode series and should be sold as a set! OR we don’t get the rest of the series! I usually buy individual slipcovers of franchise movies like Matrix, Batman, Jurassic Park ,etc. but I buy sets on series ones! This double dip or nothing mentality is bogus!

I genuinely hope that the Friends Complete Series 4K UHD blu ray box set has individual season cases rather rather than stacked discs like the standard blu ray packaging. Hope you take your time in releasing these videos.
We have it on an old DVD. It got an Academy Award Nomination for best Foreign Language Film (1993). It received a Golden Globe award for Best Foreign Film, and took Best Picture at the Cannes Film Festival. It's the passionate story of two lifelong friends and the woman who comes between them. As for 4ks I’m excited for from this video- Jaws 3 & 4 Steels, Risky Business, Horizon (wanted as a 4 movie boxset but will get individuals cuz of the warning you gave about it), Friends boxset, A Quiet Place Slip, 3 Stooges set- My wallet will be exhausted. Lol
Other 4Ks excited for from past videos or also releasing is No Way Out, Sudden Death, Cowboys & Alien! , Arrows Titans set, Mexico trilogy, silence of the lambs, Friday the 13th, Chron. Of Riddick! Others are Bill and Ted 2,3 individuals, Delta Force- wish it has a slip, Amityville Horror and then Kingdom Apes, Bad Boys 4, league of their own as well.
However. The most excited for are ones you announced from insider videos that are not officially announced yet- Which I am wondering about- Terminator 1,2 remake, 3! The Lethal Weapons movies, Wayne’s world 2, and I think you mentioned Dances with Wolves, Aliens 3 & 4 and Tombstone. If not, I heard they were being released this year. And then the rumored Nightmare on Elm Street Boxset!

Even if I am not the biggest fan of Friends, I want to pick up the 4K set because having that series in 4K in my collection and media server is something I want to be able to say I have. It's a big deal!
I like the uniform disc in the Batman set.

Great update. I have to say though Jaws the Revenge is one of the worst movies ever made….but so bad it requires a one time viewing.
My pre-order will be fall guy steel book. My wife and I both enjoyed the movie theaters and if the extended cuts even better I’m definitely willing to buy it.

So I was wondering, do you have a recommendation for a blu ray (non 4k) region free player? I was going to get one soon since I have a few blu rays that are region b locked. What is the aspect ratio of the Friends 4K Box set? If the original broadcasts were 4:3, will they open up the frame on the sides for 16:9? If the original photography was framed at 4:3, wouldn't there be things like boom mics, edge of sets, etc. in the opened 16:9 shot?
When you do the review for The Fall Guy. The theatrical and extended cut are they on both the 4K and the normal Blu-Ray Disc. Or like the extended cut only on 1 of the disc's?
James, I watch your videos and buy movies on disc because I love watching and analyzing movies. Sometimes you make it sound like it's not any fun for you, and that is sad.

I'm a huge Costner fan and Dances with Wolves is one of my favorite movies, and yet I've never heard of Horizon. Seems like it didn't get much marketing??? I'm definitely picking that one up!

I am frustrated with the Columbia box sets because there are individual films in those sets I would really like to own. Buy it's not worth the cost to buy the box set for 1 film. Also hoping to see studios release a larger variety of films on 4k. It's seems like the majority of 4k releases recently have been action or horror films.

Is Jaws The Revenge possibly the worst movie ever to get a physical 4K release? I can’t think of anything worse. Not off the top of my head.
I understand WB wanting to be cautious of not losing money on Horizon but it is VERY messed up IMOP that we must be forced to buy individual copies of what is a 4 episode series and should be sold as a set! OR we don’t get the rest of the series! I usually buy individual slipcovers of franchise movies like Matrix, Batman, Jurassic Park ,etc. but I buy sets on series ones! This double dip or nothing mentality is bogus!
I wonder if they will ever release The Saint complete series featuring Roger Moore in high quality Blu-Ray format.
