I'm an extremely overthinker, as soon as you said "think of a moment.." my mind went to 26 differents directions I couldn't control it anymore 💀

It’s actually normal, just try and hold one moment in awareness even if it’s with many others. As long as you’re acknowledging it it’s enouh
