I must say that out of a lot of meditation videos, this one helps me the most. I've also realized that it works better everytime. the first time it was kind of hard to picture myself in my happy place "for the full 4 minutes" but gradually, I got better at it. Thank you so much for this video!

thank you, something i was drawing for a long time got messed up after i laminated it and then my paper dolls got stepped on, so i was feeling really upset. this helped me a lot, i feel like i’m able to now process all of that better :D

I wish she wouldn't speak so fast and the meditation wasn't so rushed. I needed more time and ease to complete the exercise. I feel more stressed now instead of more relaxed. Gr. Arjan
You don't understand angry people. You took so long to get to the point that my anger flared even more and I've lost interest. Instead of helping me diffuse my anger, you just made it worse. Angry people are not patient
@@Sweetpicklehater there’s a difference between being kind and not being angry. I have people who constantly tell me I am kind, even though frankly makes me feel uncomfortable to hear it. That does not make me not angry. I came to this video because I wanted to not be angry anymore. I needed something to help me calm down that anger. This video did not do the job and I was deeply disappointed and distressed by that. It does not mean I cannot be a kind person, and if an angry person cannot be a kind person then you yourself are on this video commenting, which you would not do if you were not angry as well.
A rose going into the dirt instead of a landfill is a beautiful thing nowadays 👵. We don’t grow roses 🌹 so they can last forever 🥀. Emotions are the same. Maybe idk 🤪 🤷
