seeing seasoned people touching on what I'm intuitively practicing is awesome! Now I just need your level of intensity and consistency! great motivation here.
@@thefarmwrestler Oh I don't know, bro. I'm 61 and been training in the gym for about 47-years and my body is pretty beat up. I still train and always will, but the days of competition are long over. It's just a 47-year hobby I tell people. Keep up the good work and I'll see you on Strong Street. 👍
@@Ownlight11111 True, but it's not something I'm interested in pursuing simply for the fact that my joints can't handle the strain. Last time I armwrestled for fun was years ago with my nephew. My elbow hurt for weeks after. Gotta save this weathered frame for the rest of my working life, as well as more preferred hobbies such as lifting. Take care, my man. 👍
I do not know why but your comment just gave me existensial crisis. I'm only 16 but I'm giving my best and having the most fun. Even if it's in the gym, with friends and family, or just the mundane stuff. Thank you for staying strong even at such an age. (also, didn't expect to get existensial crisis at an arm wrestling video haha)

Thanks! Go get it!
Great to see Anthony Kiedis doing armwrestling.
Definitely incorporating some of this. Great stuff!
u aint out of the box all these exercise i saw them quite a lot
Good stuff I need to do more variation like this. I feel like keeping the body guessing is a good way to break plateaus.
Absolutely. It gets you away from only doing your favorites too
Great training
Good stuff!!!
Great video! Chaos ftw!
How does Geoff train his shoulders? Tremendous shape
When we gonna see Geoff back on the table ?
Next weekend at USA nationals
@@thefarmwrestler nice 👍

Wish I'd gotten into armwrestling when I was younger. Love being in the gym but never trained for armwrestling.
It's never too late!

@righttouchtileable thank you sir!
What handle are you using for the “overcoming inertia exercise”
It's a relic from the past. Might have been semi homemade but it feels similar to a 2x4 but it tapers into the fingers a little
just search up armwrestling handles it trains containment
More i need of the hellraiser
We all need more! He's awesome to train with
Where can I get one of those big climbing balls?
@FlynnAndThaneShow I will find out who the makes them in a few days for you! Thanks for the sub!
@@thefarmwrestler Going through some of your vids now. We are just starting but have some arm wrestling content on our channel too. (hint hint, ha ha)
@@FlynnAndThaneShow looks like a background in throwing. I threw at Colorado state in the early 2000s
@@thefarmwrestler Their dad (me) threw at Western Illinois in the early 90s and then threw for the American Big Guys for a couple years there after.

@flossdaily9 thank you sir!
Please ask Geoff about isometric training?
He talks about it in this video. We do more closer to competition
Geoff hale if will to win had a face👍
And he trains with that intensity on every exercise, every set, every rep! Greatful to have a team like hellfire!
I watched this video.....and realized....I have to get more serious....if I want to advance
Yep and address weaknesses head on. Good luck!
Gary Oldman? jokes aside i love you geoffff
I am afraid of one movement you have done for 10000 times, am not afraid of the movements you have done 50 times
