    Thank you. I am trying to figure out on my own how to improve my balance. I am frustrated and know I can do better. I will try your tips and keep at it.

    WHY does one need to wear shoes to walk on their heels? Does the level of walking ability make a difference?

    • @ernieschramayr4665

      Wearing shoes will provide support and protection for the heels. If walking on a padded surface you can do it without shoes as a more advanced move.

    Do i need to warm up before starting to exercises?

    • @ernieschramayr4665
      @ernieschramayr4665  5 років тому +1

      Mehmet Keskin It's always a good idea to warm up first. These exercises are pretty low intensity, though, so you'd probably be okay just starting out.

    I'm slim fit 58 Yr old but just lately I keep tripping over nothing. Walking to work today I caught my toe ,I had my hands in my pockets hurt my knees and hit head on pavement.

    This is to advanced for stroke patients

      Every client has to be evaluated individually for their abilities. There are post-stroke clients that are starting fitness programs that can absolutely do some of these moves. If they can't, they would be better off referred to a physiotherapy program that specializes in training gait. These exercises are designed for POST physio.

      SherieK .... each client needs to be evaluated individually where it can be determined if these moves are right for them.
