@@juveriakhan3799 I am not sure I understand but it sounds like you are having trouble with all foods. I can’t give medical advice but it sounds like your gut microbiome might not be healthy. I highly recommend the book Fiber Fueled by Dr. Will Bulsiewicz. It may be able to give you some helpful advice.
The “ah ha” moment should be no packaged foods or they should be single ingredient with no preservatives or oils. You are biased being plant based Regenerative farms are a humane way to eat B12, B6, iron, niacin and other vitamins naturally from food

I eat vegan for a variety of reasons including my health, the health of the planet, and the health of the animals. I do believe it is easy and possible to get all the nutrients we need eating this way. That said, everyone gets to choose what they eat. 😉
