Hi there, I would recommend to opt for an organic vegan diet (preferably raw if you can) due to disease on the rise in animals, as well as radiation and mercury in the seas affecting fish like wild salmon (radiation) and tuna (mercury). Fish farmed salmon is to be avoided too due to the use of GMO feed and may not provide Omega 3 Fatty Acids which is obtain from algae by wild salmon in the seas, i believe. You can opt for organic walnuts and pecans that look like the brain and target the brain (Contains brain targeting nutrients e.g Omega 3 Fatty Acids); as well as organic cabbage, cauliflower and berries. Moreover, try and incorporate it with plenty of pure, clean water to hydrate brain cells (avoiding artficial flouridated water due to the negative impact flouride can have on the brain - i believe), as well as drink colloidal silver and gold (avoid purchasing colloidal gold from a different country as it may deplete in quality during transportation, from gathered information). Furthermore, aim to obtain fresh air as much as possible including sleeping with a window open and allowing it to circulate in your room freely as it gives clarity of mind, improves concentration and enhances learning abilities, i believe. It also gives a sense of happiness and well-being by altering brain levels of serotonin; and induces sound sleep. Best wishes 💙💙💙

Thanks for quick reply, where should I get organic sea salt , is there a good brand I'm using celtic sea salt but it doesn't say organic. And about Flax I'm taking organic flaxseed oil is it as good as seeds ? Appreciate your take on it 🙏
@@moniryousefian8782 celtic sea salt also ok but a bit salty just add a little. About the flaxseed buy in a seed form grind few tablespoons put into a small glass jar for use & it’s best taken in powder form because we need it fibre to cleanse the intestine. Remember to freeze the flaxseed both the powder & the seed.
I really love this topic very interesting and very challenging and I want to follow you both yes health is wealth…
My brain food is homemade yogurt , one date , avocado peanuts, almonds, chia and hemp seed together in a medium bowl as my first meal of the day.
Do you eat your yoghurt at room temperature?
Very good
great video, useful info! can you give your guest a mic next time, i can't hear her clearly at certain points!
Was really helpful to hear the facts on dimensions with a grandparent who had past away with it to pass it on to my parents
I have super foods that were not mentionned in this video. You need to have "HASKAP berries" a super food rich in polyphenols and antiioxydants. And start your mornings with kimchi or sauerkraut (pure probiotic fermented foods that feeds your gut ) with glass of basil seeds in water ( prebiotics that feed your probiotics) so you feel really great without the sugar creavings. GO SOUR IN THE MORNING.... REALLY HELPS focus. And i do Jim s 5 mins focus exercices. I eat really powerful foods all day, i feel really exceptionnel. No brain fog there😊👌🙏😉
Amazing I loved this! I shared the video with all my family.
such rich information! i will buy the book! someone that actually knows what they are talking about, not just a random opinion.
Very informative video. Thank you very much! 😃
It's a very informative vedio. I try my utmost to eat as healthy as possible

Thanks for sharing such good info.
Dr. Lisa could not be heard well.
Kindly share a better recording pls.
Jim, you have super valuable content, man! I would love you to interview her on how the brain is affected by EMF and how to counter or mitigate ill affects as it will only increase with tech exponentially. Not everyone seems as sensitive. Some are, some much less, some seem NOT at all bothered. Vibrational frequency... IS real. Thanks, Jim!!!
Very interesting information. I love the delivery very simple and smooth. Thank you 😊
Excellent!! Thanks Lisa and Jim!!
I like what Lisa said about drinking warm water . I naturally drink room temperature. When I'm sick I drink hot water
It's a pity that Dr. Lisa's microphone was not working properly, it was hard to hear.
My favourite brain food is Salmon. flax seed, almond, hazel nuts, walnuts in my smoothie. I'll try to order fish eggs next time l go to a restaurant. Thanks very informative.

Super Reminders for a truly healthy longer meaningful productive life.. Thank you. " Treat your brain as your best friend",,!!!
I love this information! Thank you. The lady had a slow speaker or the microphone.
Blessed be the name of the lord, amen...
Aha!. I loved it . Especially when I heard that blackberries are so good for your brain, I love them LOL. That would be nice if you would talk about another food or ingredient that we all consume everyday, Sugar. I really like to hear about its affects on our brain activity.
Blackberries resemble the look of the brain and so do walnuts. God did this to show us what to eat
@@deejeff8846 God created sugar as well. Does it mean we should eat sugar? I don't think god has anything to do with our lives. We live by our choices.
@@sasan132 God has everything to do with everything. God is the ground of all being.
God is Being itself.
Sugar found in foods, is fine in moderation. WE extracted it from cane and sugar beets and processed and concentrated it. That is CRAP for the brain, and everything else.
@@dorothysay8327 I agree, refined sugar is the worst for overall health including our brain. Whole fruits are okay because the fiber and vitamins are included as long as not overdone.
Awesome topic..like the way you have explained..thanks for your inputs..so informative..
Great video!!!! Thank you both
I really needed this...thank you both!!!!
An amazing educational experience.
it was difficult to hear the lady;;;;but it was very good advice for all of us. Thanks
Love it. I’m a vegetarian. Thanks for everything.
Mushrooms are high in vit b12 iron and protein
I’m from Alaska so my favorite brain food is wild caught salmon and salmon eggs along with fresh picked blueberries, and other berries that grow abundantly. The other is broccoli.
Such great applicable info thank you both
