One of my fondest Christmas memories as a kid, was getting both the Rhino and Switchblade on that glorious day. So good.
I remember back in '85 when I was 7 years old, just loving M.A.S.K. My first vehicle was Gator! I remember going to Thrifty's and seeing the M.A.S.K. vehicles up on the top shelf in the toy section. I watched the show every week and remember building up my collection. Thunderhawk was my favorite, and I flipped out when I got it for Christmas! Ahhh, the 80's. Such a great time to be a kid.
That's the exact nostalgia that got me into collecting M.A.S.K. :)
The 80s were the best time to be a kid!
wow! as a kid we dreamed of having these toys. especially thunderhawk.
Raven is my favourite toy of the 80s. I just love the shape of it, always have. It is just so sleek even in boat form it is so stylish.
Regretfully, I remember being too busy first by Transformers then by GI Joe to ever give this line its due but these boxes take me back to those days. I really need to finish this time machine so I can go back and get the stuff I missed ;)
Such nostalgia! Very envious of your complete M.O.S.Q.U.E. collection.
These toys were sick bro. This was the end of an era in toy making. After this line all toys were crappy. It takes me back to 86 when I was 10. Very nostalgic🥺
Epic collection
Laser Command was out before the Racing series, but wasn't especially interesting because it was expensive, and wasn't in the cartoons.
Excellent collection.
I really wish that I had kept all of my boxes back in the 1980s when I got my toys. I still have the majority of the vehicles in great condition.
I actually built and painted a Snake Oil refinery out of cardboard that converted like Boulder Hill, as Venom never had a base to keep their vehicles. That was really cool, and fit really well with Outlaw as a fuel tanker, and Boulder Hill being a gas station. I wish I'd have taken photos of that.
I used to have the 57 Chevy aka "Hurricane" while my neighbor got "Thunderhawk." We were both quite fortunate to have been gifted these incredible gems at our annual Christmas party. Thanks for the memories man.
Thanks for making this video. Brought back some nice memories and realised I had quite a lot of these sets - what happened to them I have no idea...
Poor Meteor. It was the last M.A.S.K toy I got as a kid so I will always have a soft spot for it.
This video brought tears of joy to me thanks Dog everyone knows how much Mask means to me
I'm happy my collection brought you joy :)
Very nice mate. I'm getting all nostalgic looking at the artwork on those boxes, pictures I haven't layed eyes on in 20 years. I was big into mask as a kid. I had the duvet covers and as for the toys I had thunderhawk, condor, bullet, raven and the dune buggy. Always wanted rhino though.
Raven was the first one I bought as a kid. Watching your video reminded me I have a lot of these somewhere, I probably kept the boxes too.
I'm over here geeking I had about half of them dam those were the days
the sad thing is "had"
BIGWILL65IMPALA being a kid in the '80's was the best years for toys..IMO
Jimmy C yes it was the toys nowadays look so cheap
Great collection you have there mate! Great vid on this classic toy line from the 80's!
Very nice collection my Friend! I was born in '79 so I grew up with these! Thank you so much for sharing!
Great collection...bringing back many happy memories.
GREAT collection! I probably had 3/4 of the entire collection when I was a kid.
Bulldoze was called Bulldog over here.
This is an epic collection.
As a kid, I had Boulder Hill, Thunderhawk, Piranha, Rhino, Slingshot, Condor, Firecracker, Firefly, Hurricane (sucked), T-Bob (sucked), Switchblade, and Gator.
This makes me miss my childhood like crazy.
Major Tom
Was going to give you thumbs up, until I read "Hurricane sucked". That was hands down my favorite Mask vehicle period, and the only one I bothered keeping to this day. Lol!
Hurricane was dope. The suspension in 6 wheel mode allowed it to go off road. My favorite was Raven tho. It was like the James Bond Lotus/submarine
Hurricane was bad ass
@@LastBastian yeah man Hurricane rocked
cool to hear man, nostalgia is what got me into collecting M.A.S.K.
Rhino isn't that expensive if you want a non-boxed copy
Love it, I had the playsets and a good percentage of their vehicles. Until you put them on this video, I forgot a lot about these
Great M.A.S.K. collection M8 :) I used to own Switch blade back when I was a kid. Thanks for the memories :)
Awesome collection! I've got a few boxed pieces but most of mine opened and well played with.
Hayyou just proved you got all the boxes for the colections! And some of the vehicles
Oh man, Mask was sucha cool toy concept, too bad they don't make stuff like this anymore!
Very cool collection! Thanks for sharing.
We had such great toys and cartoons in the 80's. Kids nowadays got the shaft. Video games or nothing now. I feel sad for the kids.
M.A..S.K. is awesome! great collection!
Awesome collection man
Love your collection!
Great collection man, just seeing some of those brings back fond memories for me. My Favorite was the Green Motorcycle that turned into a Helicopter.
Barracuda and Wildcat are missing!! But what an amazing and impressive collection!!
When I was 10 years old in 1997 M.A.S.K toys were not sold anymore and I went out to flea-markets to get the toys and one time I found a loose but complete Boulder Hill for 5 bucks and was freaking out over it.
that would have gotten me hyped too as a kid (still would to be honest!)
Amazing stuff thrse we're some of my favorite toys as a kid
My parents could only afford T-Bob, I loved that toy.
Great collection respect👊🏾
Wow brought me back to 85' 86 era thank you.
Fireforce and Bullet...man it is long time ago, but still love it. I ve heared they wanna make a movie..hmm would be nice
Just awesome!!!! I love mask!!!
i had thunderhawk and a few others, but boulder hill was what i wanted most but never got, still dreaming of getting one
Yeah, great stuff ✌️
That is a big collection😲🤩🤗😎!!!
Great video! Very jealous!
Very impressive mate . Do you have the complete series on dvd . I still gotta get mine off amazon .
I know this is a really old video, but I really enjoyed it. I loved MASK as a kid. I still have all of my vehicles and figures loose from then. I also picked up the series on DVD about ten years ago. It’s the compete series minus the split seconds (racing) episodes. I show it at my work all the time, a children’s hospital, and it still holds up. The kids, boys at least, are glued to the screen. It actually has the “now back to MASK” commercial break parts. No commercials though. Anyway, this was great to see boxed like this. Do you still have this collection or have you since sold it off? Follow up question, I recently read a warehouse discovery of lots of sealed vehicles was recently found. If you still have this collection and are focused on value/rarity, are you going to be selling it all off or are you still holding on to it?
I can't say I wish I had those toys but I do wish I had so much shelf space!
nice MOSK collection.
If ever a toyline needed a reissue it's M.A.S.K.
Not jealous.... nope, not jealous at all... ok! Fine, i am... lol. Awesome collection. 😁
Beautiful 👍🏻
wow...impressive collection...
i still have my childhood M.A.S.K toy collection, not complete of course, and not boxed. Heck, i still can recall a "sinterklaas" evening where i got MANTA (which i still have) and couldn't ripp through that box fast enough to get to the car and Vanessa.
Always wanted switchblade and Rhyno, but had enough to keep me happy, every time i see collections i really want to get the same 100% complete in boxed sets, but never go through with it. This is a great collection though, the boxed T-Bob, i got aswel, again durring previous mentioned festivity, and again couldn't get rid of the box fast enough to get to the toy, T-bob i sadly lost for some reason, to bad, i usually am very careful with my toys, even then (except for the boxes of course)
Well it's normal for a kid to act like that. I also threw away all my toy boxes as a kid. As an adult i discovered most of the value is in the boxes, for that exact reason.
I don't think I ever got MASK for Sinterklaas, I did get some GI Joe and Thundercats toys. The MASK were mostly from flea markets and my friends/cousins had them
Oh man I remember these. I had the Condor and I think the Thunderhawk as well.... wish I still had some of my old toys.
really nice, i love it ;)
sweet collection my man im sooooo jealous!!!!! my 1st one as a kid waz CONDOR. i really wish they would reissue the MASK TOY LINE!!
I used to have Condor, Manta, Rhino, and Switchblade. I forgot whether I owned some of the rest since I was imagining having them by just looking at the catalog. I may had Raven.
Do you remember the toy store "Child World"?
But do you have the Panini sticker album complete? Doubt it!
awesome!
Man. So envious
Great collection. I hope I can get a wolfbeast and fireforce again.
I didn't realize how extensive the line was!
That's a really good collection there. I'd love to have collected vintage toys but these days they're prohibitively expensive when trying to get complete sets. And I didn't even keep any of my toys from my childhood except my lego because my mum made me give them away. Collecting video games is enough for me. But I have a lot of respect for those who have managed to gather a nice collection of vintage toys together
As someone who lived in Indonesia, very hard for me to collect this series completely
I had Thunderhawk, Raven and Condor. I wish i still did.
Vampire is my all time favorite mask/venom vehicle
I can promiss you it is in there!
Dude my all time favorite cartoon and toys I got 11 complete vehicles and toy but no original boxes ur lucky ❤️👍🏿👍🏿
So awesomely
I still have the vette, but I gave the orange muscle car to my nephew. Both still have dirt on them from the playground lol
I did have Raven. One of my fave toys of he 80’s !
oh my god, i dreamt of so many of those wonderful boxes as a kid, now i wanna buy all of them, but i cant because.....rent
nopes still looking to get the complete box, instead of all the loose dvd's
This was my favorite toy is a kid I had almost the whole collection I wish my mom didn’t throw my toys away!
I like mask collection too.
Where can I find to get cheap mask toys help me Dr Retro Please!!!
i have the 1982 M.A.S.K. lil' red front loaded audio cassette recorder, the one with the yellow speaker, super super rare
I had condor, iguana, switchblade and goliath when i was kid.
Dude ur a champ.
Simple like that.
Greetings from Greece
I had Rhino, piranha, raven, gator, thunderhawk, jackhammer, condor, firecracker and T-BOB... Still should have them somewhere at my parents house.
Still have these? Are they on display yet?
how tall are mask action figures, about 3'' ??
I just remembered I had Vampire Piranha and Condor!!! Wow, how on Earth I got rid of them?!!!... Did my mom gave them away?
Chingona la colección ..! yo tengo solo algunos.
where did you get the video game?
hell yeah!
Very nice!
Now show me a complete StarCom collection, and we'll have a conversation.
Did you buy most of them on eBay or where did you get them from? How long have you been collecting these
yeah i have a couple of them
thanks!
theres like 2-3 vehicles I would build & get real ones of
Rhino, Thunderhawk, & Hurricane!
yes Hurricane is a 1957 Chevy Bel Air!
one of the most iconic car from the 1950s!
where i can buy this toy?pls inform me!!!!
man i had Bulldozer and gave my collection to my cousin when i was like 13. Thinking i was too old for them. jesus i'd love them back
It's funny when we get older (much older) we wish we had all our cool toys back, from back when we thought we were getting too old for them and gave them away. We were too old for them then, but aren't too old for them now. (?)
you're welcome :) as for toy collecting M.A.S.K. is really not that expensive!
Tengo la FIRECRAKER en perfecto estado, con la motocicleta y la figura en perfecto estado
I started with buying two collections, that gave me a lot of complete sets for a low price per set
That is pretty cool, I didn’t know they had that many vehicles; I thought they just had like two ways and then they went out of business early. It’s cool that you have everything new in box to… Though you can’t see any of your own stuff so I can add the entire Star Wars black series but you can see everything still in their box; except for a few of the vehicles which I just opened and said screw it like the tie fighter-by the way- hasbro isn’t using plastic anymore after 2020, so that means no more see-through packages… Or they might just use a big cardboard box with those plastic zip ties over all their legs and arms and the weapon so people can’t just steal them; kind a like they do with the Lanard action figures that was G.I. Joe’s only competition for somewhat real action figures. Being that he man transformers mask go bots in visionaries, etc. aren’t real at all; G.I. Joe and Leonard could technically be real one day.
Other then we couldn’t see any of the actual toys or you have them in any cool dial Rama typeset up or 3-D printed accessories, there’s just a bunch of boxes on the shelf it’s just a couple of the toys displayed… For all we know it’s just the front half of the cardboard box-LOL there’s nothing inside not even the back of the box. But seriously, we all know it’s there, and each their own how they want to collect it-why wouldn’t you collect some loose to, put them in front of the boxes, that’s what I did if my G1 transformers
my favorite vehicle is Switchblade, that one the first one I had as a kid
