  • This is a recipe for an incredibly delicious plate of steak and pasta. With this recipe you will learn how to make one of the most traditional Italian pasta sauces, Alfredo Sauce. This family recipe uses a beef steak, green fettuccine, butter, table cream, parmesan, garlic, and black pepper. This recipe is easy and quick, and you can make a delicious green fettuccine with alfredo sauce and delicious beef steak in just a few minutes.
    Recipe and Ingredients:
    1 beef steak
    Green fettuccine - 300g
    Butter - 100g
    Table cream - 400g
    Grated parmesan - 100g
    Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
    2 cloves of garlic
    Black pepper
    salt
    Fresh thyme
    In a pan with boiling water, add the green fettuccine and cook for 8 minutes.
    When the pasta is boiling, start the alfredo sauce and put 50 g butter in a pan.
    When the butter is melted add the chopped garlic and cook until brown
    Add the table cream and mix with the butter
    Add the grated parmesan and mix with the cream
    Add black pepper to taste and mix well
    Take the fettuccine out of the pan and add it to the sauce and stir well over low heat for only 2 minutes
    To cook the beef steak, put 50 g butter in a pan
    When it's melted, add the steak
    Place 2 cloves of garlic and a fresh thyme stalk on top of the butter
    Drizzle the beef steak with the butter
    Turn the beef steak and drizzle on the other side until cooked
