I kinda want one of these for pocket/ankle carry around the house. M&P is my preferred carry pistol but I'm usually just in sweatpants around the house, so I don't always have my CCW on me. This would fill that gap pretty well for me

It's like a miniature Shield Plus. They should have called it the Shield Micro .380. Its engineering has little if any connection at all with the original Bodyguard auto pistol. Much more so with the M&P Shield line.
The BG2.0 is what the other 380’s failed to do.
Please somebody tell me what inexpensive speed loader works well with the new bodyguard 2.0

She's a little bit feisty.
The only thing I wish S&W had done differently with this gun is make the extractor removal easier. I don't like having to hammer out roll pins when I want to clean behind the extractor every 1000 rounds. I know most people don't shoot that many rounds in guns like this, but I do because I handload my own ammo and I like doing a thorough cleaning after every 1000 approximate rounds fired. Glock makes it very easy to do a detailed strip removing every single part. I just wish other companies would take that into consideration a little more when designing a gun.

Hammered fired second strike capability just like a J frame revolver.
I have been waiting on this for 3 years now and I'm disappointed.
