I just recently picked up a used 6D and I found this straight-to-the-point guide to be excellent and incredibly useful. You will probably never see or read this comment, but a big thanks anyway!
Thanks for this....I've had my 6D for over a year now. I found this useful because it reminded me of some options I had forgotten about and some I was unaware of! So thanks again!
A Nikon Lover nails the Canon 6D tutorial. Missing NOTHING! LOL I saved this for when I get stuck and think my camera is broke but I just messed up a setting. A++ Star! ALL the information we need, NONE that we don't. Thankyou!
Holy Moly! This is crazy awesome! Or stupidly detailed! :=) I've never seen such a detailed review of all the functions/menus/buttons of a camera before. So so awesome! I love it! Thumbs up!! Thanks so much!
Awesome Video!! How so I add cropping info in the custom menu I want to change it from 3:2 to 3:4. also how do I get to set up the wifi info and copyright info I cant seem to figure out how to use the key board in there ....
HI there! I hope you're well. I just had a quick question about the Mode Dial and shooting video (might be a silly question). Obviously using Manual and knowing your setting is the way forward...I know that all of other modes in the dial are great for photography, I was just wondering, apart from Manual and Auto modes, what are the best ways to use the other modes for shooting video and what the benefits are? Or are the other modes more aimed and just photography? Many thanks! :)
I came here to find out how to activate my live view again beings I haven't done any astrophotography in a while but I learned much more. Also would've liked to see more of the narrator's body tour.😉
Thanks for the exhaustive review. I have taken about 20,000 photos with my 6d. It is my choice for travel and general photos. Great choice for entry level full-frame experience.
George Waters That's great! I really have to agree with you - it is a great choice and a very smooth experience. As someone who does not shoot Canon often, it was very easy to use, but still gave me the flexibility that I needed.
Thank you so much for this video. definitely saved me from reading the actual manual which can be very boring. Thumbs up! now i have a question, i know the lens has a f4 stop. does that mean it will only take pictures up to that aperture or can it be moved higher and the f4 means it's the lowest it will go? thanks
Alan P. Thompson Hi - it's the 40mm pancake lens. It's compact and a good, "normal" perspective for shooting. I like that it's light and fast to shoot with.
Thanks SnapChick. As suggested by another viewer, can you repost with a slower narration AND a Part Two for a deeper understanding of the 6D. Bear in mind that there are non American viewers who wish to learn from you. Thanks again.
She goes fast because she's covering a lot of ground which I love. It's a video so you can return to the part you are having trouble with or missed altogether.. Thank you TheSnapChick

Thank you I just bought a used Canon 6D, and this was a great help in showing me everything on it. It's a big step up from my old rebel T2i.
I'm updating from a t2i too! Great video, thanks!
Clear, organized, professional.
Thanks SnapChick. Better than trying to read the manual. I'm loving this camera!
Just got a 6d a couple days ago. This helped out so much. Thank you.

Very thorough! as a beginner, it freaks me out. Just watched it and I know I will come back to it again and again!

F4 is the "highest" aperture it can go to.
@@crxracer805 the biggest aperture :)
Amazing thankyou x

TheSnapChick cool Tour and Menu Walkthrough what was the Lens you had on the camera and why that lens on a full frame

Thank you, a lot of info, but enlightening, Digital photography involves a lot more setting info than film. I am learning the differences.
It so helpful
Hello from Greece!!!Could you do something like that for the D600/D610....if you haven't already!
Thank you!!!!

Sure; the body tour sounds good to me :)

i agree ...too fast
Thanks, well done! So I don't bother to read the menu. Quick and clear
Wow, so many settings 🤔
One question... Did you record audio in one take?
surely not :)
The "microphone" is the speaker. The microphone is on the front.
Very informative Would have been great if the speaking was slowwwwed down
Thank you very much! This video certainly save me from the wordy info booklet haha
It was snappy all right...
Did she just read the manual?
Jerzy - SilverSetFilms YES , she has just done it, no explanation at all and she was in hurry as she had to catch the train..........
+Jan Jansen ahahaha, I watched it for few seconds and got pissed off, so scrolled down to see if ppl share my sentiment. Moving on to another vid.
+krzeselko Well, the title of the video does say "menu walkthrough." I definitely would like a further explanation as well and recommended settings.
Did you want a 3 hour video?
Very fast during speech ??? Next speech please slowly
you talk so fast.
you speak too fast....redo the video and slow down by 70% both the speech and the handelings
She goes fast because she's covering a lot of ground which I love. It's a video so you can return to the part you are having trouble with or missed altogether.. Thank you TheSnapChick
set a youtube visualisation lower speed. I made it even higher to 1.5
