Thank you, Ray. I have been searching for a comprehensive tutorial on Documents, and I could only find bits & pieces of info. Im so glad you share your wisdom with us.
One of the tricks I used to give the embedded look is to use negative margins. 😁 I simply position the one to the far right or left and then set the other one in the next element on the opposite side. You then use -100 type thing for the margin on top and it will overlay onto the one above. Hope that helps and thank you for this deep dive‼️
Very helpful, thanks! One question I have is how you would auto-populate information that is specific to a particular proposal? For example, a list of the specific services to be provided that is customized to a particular job you are doing for the user. I tried adding some custom fields to opportunities, but couldn't figure out how to import them into the contract. Thanks!
It is confusing. There are fields such as "opportunity.xxxx" (my custom fields associated with the opportunity) that can be inserted into the contract. Seems intuitive that, if you create the contract from an automation which is triggered by moving the client from one pipeline stage to another, the info populated into the opportunity might be available, but I haven't gotten it to work yet.
@@HLGuy Actually - I figured out a solution. GHL won't let you import fields from an opportunity into a contract. But you can set up some custom fields for scope of work, fee, etc. that are associated with them as a contact and import them into the document. Change these for each job you do for this client. Hope this is helpful.
@@HLGuy One other thing - I determined that if the custom fields are not displayed in the drop down you can use the search bar to find the custom field to put it into the contract.
Ray, how can I put this “Contract/Service Agreement” into a Funnel where the client signs a contract and then gets redirected to a payment page, then onboarding form and booking calendar onboarding call?
Sorry but GHL does not offer those features currently with documents and contracts. I will be creating another video next week that will show a work around to this.
Hey ray, this is a magnificent video. btw, this limitation, cause we can create a doc to be send to two persons at the same time, after completed a form, automatically, dont let me move forward with a customer to offer this service as panda alternative. What I found is a way to create the data for the second signer with Al the information required inside the main contact, just creating a second contact inside the main contact, but impossible until now to send the contract to two applicants at the same time in automatically mode. Of course, if possible as you showed, but manually, but definitely, is a limitation, a great limitation. Also, I noted that the name of the signer appears automatically over the signature, and if the space for the signature is small, the name are going to invade the space for the signature and the doc dont let me add the signature. Thoughts? Best.
Hi Ray, ty for the video. Is there any way to trigger an automation on the completion of a specific proposal. In the proposals/estimate workflow I dont see a way to select a singular proposal. Nor am I able to filter using tags.
Is there way to simply have a client of mine be able to send quotes to numerous customers of theirs and be able to track just the number of quotes sent to each customer, the dollar amount total of those contracts, and (per individual customer) which of these quotes have converted to sales?? Any help from anyone on this would be VERY MUCH appreciated!
Gosh the last part with invoicing WITH onboarding funnel is GOLD !!
Thanks.

Exactly what I needed - Thank you! I have some building to do!!

Thats awesome thank you for watching.
Chapter breaks would be super helpful!
Thanks for your feedback and thanks for watching.
The HL universe moves so quickly that a help doc from Nov 2023 is already obsolete!!!
I ❤ HighLevel!
Fortunately I don’t have to worry about HighLevel making me want to pull my hair out; there is no hair to pull! 😅😅😂😅😅
I hope it helped you.
@@HLGuy it certainly does!
Great job!
Thank you SO MUCH!!
Should we be using the page breaks for standard 11" size or use one long form? Any advantages or disadvantages of either?
Thanks a great question. Looking at being able to print the documents I would say include pages to make it look good. Thanks for watching.

Wow great question. The answer right now is you can't. GHL has not built custom values or custom fields in the documents fields area. Sorry.

@@HLGuy LOL, you're the master here. All the best.
Amazing video. How do you add the user signature? (It might be easy but HL is glitched today and I can't view the 'my staff' tab)
The signature area is located under the staff settings. Thanks for watching.
@@HLGuy now loading for me, all I can see is email signature. Is that the same thing?
@@Scaleasy there you go yes.
hi! is it possible to add a checkbox in a document?
I do not believe so.
So do the products from the Order form automatically populate the product list in the estimate?
I do not believe so but you can contact GHL support to confirm.

At this time no way to trigger automation after proposal completion.

I hear what you are saying but I do not know of a way to do this except to keep track of it manually like in a spreadsheet.
Ray, I don't see any IP certification ? without it the contract is weakened
That would be a great idea request on the idea board to add that feature.
Watched it Twice
Great hope it helped you. Thanks for watching.
