    Really helpful, I do have one question, I have a specific use case, I have people in the team who answer messages , what I am looking for is AI chat to be enabled only after hours, is that possible

    How can i use the conversation AI to put data on custom fields in a workflow?

      You can update custom fields by using the update contact record action inside the workflow. Hope that helps.

    can you use triggers such as tags added to trigger the bot to outreach to them?

      I setup a quick test and yes when I created a workflow that gets triggered off of tag added the conversation ai action did reach out to the contact. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching.

    Ray You do an awesome job. Question about the bot web crawler. You said enter the HL domain. does it have to be a HL domain or can it be another hosted website? Hope my question was clear Thanks...

      The bot can crawl any website that can be accessed with a url. Even Google documents. Thanks for watching.

    Hey Ray! Great video, I had no idea GHL AI had progressed that far. I'm in the middle of setting up appointment setter using Make. However, now I'm wondering if I should use the native GHL conversational AI instead. What are your thoughts?

    Will GHL Bot become better with Age? like will it surpass Zappy chat soon? its gotten much much better.

      yeah, I'm also thinking should I just use GHL solution or forget about it and focus on using Zappy chat or other more advanced alternatives instead.

      @@UldisBiz The only problem with that is that any time GHL makes changes it causes issues

    Have you gotten this to work with the Live Chat option or only via the SMS method?
    I was able to get it working using the SMS option but not live chat.

      I go over that in thew video that conversation AI does not work with live chat. Not sure why GHL has that channel available.

      Hi Guys, just to let you know it did work on live chat for me, it just took 30 seconds between messages to reply which is what I set my response time as. I just need to train it now.

      Yes. You would need to use the conversation ai workflow action and then restrict the workflow from running between certain hours. Hope that helps and thanks for watching.

    Can Conversational AI with GHL work with an email list of prospects? Basically to answer any general questions and book an appointment with a salesperson when the prospect is qualified.

      When you’re showing it on your screen it shows it’s like thinking (the bot) customer won’t see that right?
      Also is there a way to avoid answer silly questions. What if someone is trying to throw it off by asking a math question or something random. How will it answer?

      No the customer won’t see the AI is thinking. That is only shown to you as a user. The customer will only see the SMS/message you send to them.

      @@eddydevedzic9881 I tested the math question on a bot that I have setup and it answered the question then redirected them back to scheduling an appointment for our service. I do not know if the SMS will show the bot thinking you will have to set that up and test it.

    Big fan of your channel, Ray. Really great explanations, you are natural born teacher ;) A quick question:
    I tried to use trigger links when training a bot and in Bot Trial interface it doesn't look like they are showing the actual link but {{trigger_link.gibberish}}. Is it just in the Bot Trial interface or trigger links don't work in Conversation AI?
    I really hope GHL puts more emphasis in this area. At this stage it is most definitely quite a basic chat-bot solution in comparison to more mature chatbot solutions out there.

      @@HLGuy the bot encourages person to go to a specific page on the website and submit a GHL form. I want to track when they clicked on that link so I can create an automation that checks if after they clicked and visited the page they submitted the form. If not, then automation triggers follow-up sequence to check with them and encourage filling the form.
