    It's a little confusing for the caller to hear 2 messages from the AI if they're an "Upset Customer".
    It makes sense to tell them that you're going to transfer them and to make sure to leave a voicemail if the manager doesn't pick up when the "live transfer" action happens but for the "trigger a workflow" action which just sends the notification to the manager, you really don't need to say anything to the caller as you've already said it.. but High Level requires you to add a message in order to save the action.
    I wish they would allow you to save without adding anything there.
    I asked Chat GPT and it said "Let me notify the manager to ensure they follow up with you promptly." but it would be nice if we could just leave that blank.

      For the 127 you get unlimited bots per sub account. But note taht you still have to pay normal Phone charges
