Wow, this is a level of dedication and commitment very few people on earth will ever experience. The dude is one of the greatest vocalists in metal.
I can attest to his capabilities. I’ve seen many bands, and his is one of the only voices that sound just a good live as they do on their recordings.
I love it! "For those of us singers that still sing live"🫵🏼🤘🏼 DAVID!
Give it up for David Draiman! What a fabulous voice! Respect! Xx
I just love this man! He is a wonderful soul!!❤️❤️❤️
I don’t listen to his music till i heard him sing Sounds of silence. He was amazing !
He's probably the only rockstar who values self-discipline.. you are great man big salute for you. 👍👍👍
Amazing man. He also just reminded me to hydrate myself 👍
❤ That's discipline turned into Art. Thank you David🥹
So appreciate him speaking to this. It’s a totally different experience for a singer that most non-singers don’t understand, and is indeed lonely 🙏🏽
I would kill just to sit and be a comfort to the loneliness for him. I myself am not a people person and don’t like being around a lot of people, but even I get lonely and even though I don’t want to have full on conversations or even touch, it’s nice to just have another person in the room with u.
I have always loved David since they first came out, lost my voice singing to their songs at concerts on many occasions and knowing he is lonely makes me sad and wish I could help.
His rendition of The Sound of Silence is the most powerfu sound I've ever heard and brings me to tears whenever I hear it. A perfect interpretation. Thank you for sharing your gift. 🙏❤️
Heavily inconveniencing himself and his peace for the sake of the craft, and to make the fans happy. Amazing.
David is a LIFE SAVER FOR MANY PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD !
The Sound of Silence explained!! Love you Dave for going through what you do for your fans! And I for one am grateful!!
Your voice gives me chills on some songs. Such a gift.
Powerful voice, Draiman is singing with his heart and soul! Emotion comes through in his voice and is extremely touching and impactful! His vocal version of The Sound of Silence is a perfect example!❤️
Interesting. He said, for those singer who still sing live. Makes me wonder how many singers don’t sing live. I respect him even more hearing this. A true artist. I love their music.
His dedication is why he’s still around to celebrate Disturbed alongside the fans. 🙏
I just saw Disturbed live this month. What an incredible show... and my respect for him just keeps growing. During the height of the pandemic, I discovered the song The Light. That particular song spoke to me and my struggles in such a way that my first and only tattoo I have is a half and half split moon and sun that I drew with a single sentence quote around it. It reads: "Sometimes Darkness...Can Show You The Light". Please keep making music that speaks to our souls, David. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
In my opinion his voice is his unique instrument. No computer no fakes no manipulation. Just pure vocal is what a singer is. He is truly a singer with humble attitude and someone who cares for himself and others. Kudos 👏 ❤❤
David you are a treasure. I love, respect, and admire you. Never feel alone. When i feel alone youve always been there for me. You have always said in your music that its alright to feel what you feel and validated me. We all go to your shows man because you speek to our souls. We are connected. You are our voice. Your music our weapon. God bless you. God bless disturbed. God bless RocknRoll.
I did not know this. I am grateful on a whole new level knowing what he is giving us, giving up for us. Thank You for all you do, you’ve shown us what an amazing human being you are ❤
As a listener, I appreciate your dedication and sacrifice ❤
I love this man! I'm so inspired by him! If he's lonely he can call me...I don't do loud parties, no drinking, no smoking...❤❤❤
