I saw my engine shaking. Definitely need that mount.
Disconnect the positive terminal first?/only?

Positive or negative either one as long as the circuit around the battery is open either terminal would work!

You never did set this according to the FCA bulletin. Rock the engine forward and back then let it rest 5 minutes. Jacked up trans and let it down the rest 5 min. Jacked up oil pan side then rest, just rocked back forth left and right then let it rest. Torqued rear crossmembe bolt then the nut and bolt to the rear bracket. The next - let it down and torque left and right mounts.

Is there a certain way to replace the motor mounts I was planning on doing all 3 at the same time

As long as you support the engine from the bottom you could but you still gotta replace one at a time

How do you tell which motor mount is bad without disassembly?

Put the car in drive or reverse and press the gas a bit while holding the brake and make sure someone is watching the engine to see if the engine would lift up on the passenger side or driver / front or rear and which ever side the engine goes up you need a new engine mount there, also bad engine mounts causes heavy vibrations on idle
