Very nice indeed. I used to run a salvage yard and we would build many of our own much needed equipment such as you have shown here. This was long before the internet, He He. At least we had the material readily available for whatever we had to build or repair...
Gas welding seems to be a dying art. Glad there are people like you keeping it alive and well. I taught my grandson how to do it and them when he took welding classes he took to tigging because like he said "It;s almost the same as gas welding".
Excellent job at repurposing an item most people would of disposed of just because the tank was at the end of its life. And what you can do with basic hand tools is amazing. Hell, I can't even braze !!!!. If I can offer some advice, please attach a pressure gauge to the tank, as over pressurisation could be fatal. 👍👍Greeting from Woomera, South Australia.
Sand blast tank makes 💲💲💲....bbq pit?...not so much...best vid on this by far though Hats off sir..lol..can't believe you bondo'ed that tank..that was unexpected...great job ‼️‼️💲✔️
Making a sandblaster....... its working.......than uses other tools to remove rust from the tank 😉 otherwise great job! Hope the tank is still up to the pressure 🖒
Congratulations to your dexterity and your creativity! Where do you live? Immigrants like you, in Italy we would need good smiths are missing and our young people do not choose this job ..
Amazing I didn't know it was that easy to build a bomb but apparently it is, at least it says it's a sand blasting pot. But I think a sand bomb pot would be far more accurate
People with no knowledge of how dangerous a sandblaster can be let alone pressure vessels should not attempt anything like this its a quick way to get yourself injured or worse just buy one and lessen the risk this is far from safe yes it will work but when it fails not if but when it wont be worth the money he saved
Seriously, are you using a brass nozzle for sandblasting? Please use tungsten or ceramic nozzle as the brass can be torn apart and the shrapnel is very dangerous to you. Also, the hose is totally inadequate, coursing a blow out at any moment. Please remember that sandblasting is very dangerous work and people have had serious injuries. I would not trust your blast container either. A botched job with copper and brass connection, they should be steel. I should know that, as I was a blaster for years in dockyards and blast cabins.
SPOILER ALERT: after he makes it fully functional, he doesn't bother sandblasting the cylinder before paint prep and goes for the wire wheel instead LMFAO

As we say in French : « Chapeau l’artiste »
Really REALLY! Wonderful job 👌
I would have used the sand blaster to clean it self..... This was an awesome project thumbs up from ME!!!

While not as much fun as a barbecue/smoker, this was an awesome project! 😉
I love watching him work nothing stops him! Lol
Don't see many people brazing and/or gas welding anymore. Good job
Brazing still has it's place.
Acetylene welding, not so much.
Wow..srilankan.proud of you mate..!
I wish I had your skills. I enjoyed watching this.
Beautiful result, thank you for sharing your story. God bless you and your family
Should have used it to sandblast itself after all that work,,,but nice job
I was thinking the same, but realize he probably knows what he's doing
@@flowerchild777 I was thinking the same thing, my first use of it would be- sandblast itself for painting...
would have been a good test of it lol
Same
Ditto
Exactly lol

I'm waiting for part 2. Welding a Patch over the hole that blew out from the inside being rusted out.
RAPAZ VC É INCRÍVEL !! E COM POUCA ESTRUTURA DE EQUIPAMENTOS !!!👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Great work! Gold hands!!
NICE job .
Love the torch work .
Excellent job it looks great coming from scrap metal.
Cheap great job. Congratulations sir!
Cheap to make the container, but you have to buy an $ 800 compressor to get enough pressure.
Amazing job !! Great video production too .
Another Awesome Job!!!!!
Great video! Something satisfying about watching it lol
Excellent! I'm going to start building mine now!

Good job.
That is too damn pretty!
Well done
that's a good idea
Well done indeed. Excellent job.
That was very impressive work .your a genius .keep it up mate.🙂
grandioso tu trabajo amigo.
Great your work friend.
You connect the sand container with a normal air compressor.?
Bravo 👉🤝
AWESOME
Congratulations to your dexterity and your creativity! Where do you live? Immigrants like you, in Italy we would need good smiths are missing and our young people do not choose this job ..
Nice job bro ! What hose did you use ? It's a simple air hose I think ...
I would love one of these?
Good kitchen floor

Sand blaster is used to sand rust
piola gatiyo . Así pinta hacer una
Very nice =D
Very good

Hello Restoration of Everything well done blaster (y).
id want to ask what pressure or compressor did u use ?
bondo does not prevent metal canisters from exploding.
That nozzle setup would maybe last until you run out of sand.
You make it 👍😀
Yes 👍😀
Bonne travail
Nice
Does the crushed glass work? good night!
Unless your a welder by trade, 90% of folks have zero business welding pressure vessels... that one especially has seen thicker days.
Using damaged saggy tank is not a good idea, but if you add body filler, it looks like new :D Overpressure valve is missing. Otherwise, nice job.
You need to add safety pop off valve mate & air gauge
Don neet no stinkin' gajess.
U crazy man
hello good job! why do u weld with 2 diferent machines what is the diference?

What was the white stuff you were using as filler before painting?
Why did you connect a hose from the exit to the intake?
Welding to that tank would be easier if the rust was removed first.
If you have to put filler on the tank to hide the pitting from corrosion before paint then the tank is not suitable for being under pressure
Looks line a Benny Hill movie
SPOILER ALERT: after he makes it fully functional, he doesn't bother sandblasting the cylinder before paint prep and goes for the wire wheel instead LMFAO
Question is how big is yours compressor or how big pressure
And how big is the compressor to run it? ;) :)
Why stick weld some and braze some? Why not sand blast the sand blaster? Also what brand stick welder was that?
can you tell for how long this nosle will stand ? 😉
Yo hubiera hecho un asador!!!
👍👏👏👏👏⁉
Is that oxy-propane or oxy-mapp? I think I have the same torch.
Good work. Be careful with the grit you use. Sand can cause deadly lung problems such as Silicosis which is not curable.
