That’s a huge amount of sugar. You would never eat 10 fresh plums in one go but once they are dried, it’s all too easy to eat lots of them, overloading your body with sugar. To add sugar to that is completely unnecessary and makes the problem of sugar overload even worse!

My go to foods/drinks for colon health are broccoli, prunes, & lemon water. In particular the combination of consuming lemon water & prunes in the morning is a great way to start your day. And both do wonders for your mental health if consumed on a daily basis.

You can boil a handful of rose petals in 1 cup of water and stain. When it's lukewarm have the stained water with 1tsp of honey. In a matter of 2 hours it will work on you. Take care that you are at home for 1/2 day to clear the process.

Why am I watching this? I have tried everything. Heathly foods,pills, things my doctor gave to me, more pills and other stuff to help me poop more. Nothing ever works! Try drinking more water, at least 10 glasses a day including coffee and tea. Check your meds to see which ones cause constipation and stop taking them if possible, warm lemon water in am. Stop eating processed foods as there is no residue for you to poop. Massage your belly in the direction of the colon. These are working for me. Also 2 to 3 servings of fruit every day.
Please watch all videos by Dr Bulsiewiecz(gastroenterologist) on gut health. You're backed up, that's why you feel full all the time. Als, you might suffer from SIBO (small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth). But I knów far too little. Better to let the expert tell you.

From my experience it doesn't exist food which can unlock the colon. Fiber story is a big lie. In my case fibers made me a lot of problems because fibers left colons without water making situation worst.

When I'm constipated, I rely on PRUNES, stewed with a bit of sugar. 10 prunes work very well.

Every time I looked up on a psyllium husk label it always had a cancer warning on it. That scared me enough to stay away from it.
