I loved the confident, virile dialogue and body language of Abel delivered through a woman's body. I wish she had been kept around a few more episodes. Watching her fllirt was hilarious..
I wonder if Abel felt guilty for being a bad brother, believing it was his fault that lead Cain into wanting to murder him. Maybe this encounter with Cain helped Abel overcome said guilt. I wonder what became of Abel after this episode.

As the show progresses the lore of heaven and hell will be explained more, at least in this story. I don't remember much of the Bible so this season for me was kind of mind fucking, I had to google a lot of stuff, lol. Just keep watching guys, you are in for some major surprises.!!!! 😂🖤
KMSLOL as a person who was born and raised in the South (East Texas in particular, right in the middle of "The Bible Belt," LOL) it's been absolutely hilarious watching you guys react to Lucifer 🤣 Even tho I no longer go to church and am WAY more spiritual than RELIGIOUS, I always take my knowledge of Biblical/Christian theology for granted, as if EVERYONE grew up learning the story of Creation, Cain and Abel, the fall of Lucifer, and all the other references they make in the show and you guys discuss 😂 I know that's not the case because I find Hindu theology FASCINATING, but I don't know a TENTH of what I'm sure I'd know about if I grew up in India or had Indian parents lol. This is why I don't understand ignorance, specifically bigotry; it's always been so interesting to stop, step outside of the comforts of the known, and just experience life through the lens of an entirely different culture. All you have to lose IS ignorance, but what you could gain could be SO much more 🙌

Watch Gotham, please. It's another DC series with five seasons (in case you didn't know, Lucifer is from DC) about the origins of Batman and the villains. It has a really good story, and I would say it's really worth seeing.

Abel's Hell being killed by Cain over and over is likely a nod to the House of Mysteries and House of Secrets comics stories, where Cain and Abel narrated stories while reenacting Abel's murder over and over forever

does he still have that office under the name Dr. Canaan? Maybe he lives there still? Or we once see him and Maze in a bed in some apartment back in season one. So maybe that's where he lives?

it is my fav series of all time
The story is actually that after Adam and Eve were cast out of heaven, heaven became temporary closed for everybody. Everyone that died was sent to hell. It wasn't until Jesus died that while He was dead, He went to the gate of Heaven and reopened it for everyone that deserved it. People in hell that did not deserve to be in hell were moved to heaven. (At least in Christian Orthodox religion)

@@Piensamalyacertaras There were more people outside of the "first family". Eve wasn't Adam's first wife either, lilith was. So, at best, they were trying to marry their half sister-not that isnt still weird but the bible is really weird about this sort of stuff.

I kind of liked how they were presenting linda as a therapist who violated ethics because the devil persuaded her , but now "I'm the expert, you need to let me drive this" The review board would be on my ass if I told that to a client. Now her character is "I know exactly what to do cause my book told me better than you" Therapists dont know anything, its why we listen to understand and help. Not bully clients into complying by holding a degree over their head. Manipulation~

He was in hell because it was an even fight. If Cain hadn't killed Abel than Abel would have killed Cain. Both are bad people so they both would have ended up in hell.
