I think Ollie may have some kind of connection to Elliot Ludwig. Think about it: if you switch the letters of the name “Ollie” around, you get the Elliot without the “T” at the end. I just think that it’s something to think about.

there is still one suspect left who gets constantly overlooked: Leith Pierre. in his interview with CatNap he states that Dr. Sawyer was "out" and he (Leith) would do the interviews until a replacement for Dr. Sawyer was found. what if Sawyer and Pierre first turned Ludwig into The Prototype and later Pierre had turned Dr. Sawyer into DogDay? this would explain either what happened to Ludwig as well as what happened to Dr. Sawyer. still sceptical? well, Pierre also was still alive when the Hour of Joy began and he even survived it. he even sent a retrieval team into the aftermath.

Agreed. The paper trail always leads back to Leith, not Ludwig.
It's like Leith came out of nowhere from a voice on a security tape to running the whole factory with everyone reporting to him.
We only see tapes of Ludwig with his face blanked out and 1 document on a rat experiment.
All the BBI stuff has no mention of Ludwig anywhere on it & no one mentions Ludwig either.

I personally think it's a frame up. It feels too out-of-character for Ludwig.
Well, that all depends on what he actually knew about the experiments his scientists were performing on innocent children to make toys that were alive to later move on to the Bigger Bodies initiative. Not to mention, if Elliot Ludwig DID actually love and care about children, and everything he told the public about them was the truth and not some lies or propaganda to hide a darker side. It's not uncommon for that to happen you know. Still, I doubt we'll know the truth of Ludwig's persona until Chapter 4.

Remember that time when Huggy Wuggy had escaped from the factory and he was near someone's house? I believe that the prototype gave a child's body to Huggy Wuggy, and as Huggy Wuggy is extremely obedient, he planted the body in Ludwig's house.

I believe Dr. Sawyer got killed during The Hour Of Joy. I believe Dogday is an ex employee who learned too much and got transformed into a toy to be silenced.

I believe that Elliot Ludwig went cray-cray after the loss of his own child. and after discovering that the soul of his daughter possesed the Poppy doll, he wanted to prolong his own live. that's why his wife divorced him.

Plus, we also have to look at the fact that Ludwig also created Poppy. Do we even know who Poppy really is? Ludwig, even when he was still alive, he still participated in human and animal experiments. That already puts him in a shady spot.
Maybe something to add to your theory is: "Who was the kid"? Was he seen as a test subject because he was already dying and he wanted to continue on living, so he agreed to be an experiment? We still don't know who this kid was, not to mention that Elliot and his company used their own staff to give their toys life. It doesn't necessarily make him evil nor good, because even if someone consents to being made into an experiment, it's still pretty dubious. Maybe not equal, but the closest example I can think of is some German case where some guy agreed to be eaten by another man through an online ad in the '90s or 2000s, I forgot which time.
I mean, yeah, the guy agreed to be murdered and eaten. However, it still caused harm and someone meeting a fatal end.
If the prototype was actually having grunts against Ludwig he could have killed even more orphans or even all.. Plus it clearly says late Elliot Ludwig.... It's not sure how long the body has been there for.. If it's a body not so long ago then ofc not Elliot as he was dead by that time... But yes if the body is decayed or something then maybe sus

@@thetubyshow1546 actually, PPT is a rip-off of Toy Story. it takes inspiration from Care Bears and My Little Pony (just look at the Smiling Critters).
I think the reason it's like that is we have spent so much time with the fnaf characters that they are very human to us even though they do inhumane things and that the affect of the fmaf lore is on a smaller scale. Poppy play time is still fresher, the people in it aren't fleshed out fully so it's harder to humanize them, as well as its affects where far greater being a mass toy company, all the workers, and a whole orphanage of kids. It's kinda about scale where as Fnaf is a smaller restaurant chain that keeps closing and affects a select few main, named, or mentioned characters, Poppy is huge with many unnamed victims and larger outreach in it's world

I also believe that Elliot is identical to The Prototype. Dr. Sawyer and Leith Pierre may have either convinced or tricked Elliot into becoming a living toy.
Elliot Ludwig can't be the prototype. They say LATE Elliot Ludwig. If he was the prototype, he would have gone missing, no confirmed death. However they say late, or, confirmed death. It wouldn't make any sense, and therefore it can't be.

Here’s an idea for another Poppy Playtime theory: why haven’t the authorities looked into the disappearances or why the factory suddenly went dark?
What happened to the company as a whole after the Hour of Joy? Is some shadow group continuing the toy experiments somewhere?
So hear me out what if Elliot Ludwig used the poppy gel on himself to extend his life and he not only did that but turned himself into Harley sawyer like Jekyll and Hyde? I mean if he figured out how to take people and turn them into toys it's possible. Just an idea.
That's a very good theory.
He would have needed to block his own face out on videos and hide in his office so that workers wouldn't recognise him as an impossibly young man.
That could explain the odd hours he was disappearing at as well - he couldn't afford to have neighbours seeing him looking younger than he should be either.
So far we have no visuals attributed to him after a Bron sketch that he was seen doing.

It might not be important, but what is interesting to me is the fact that by the time they found the body, Ludwig was already dead. Did authorities find this body when they found Ludwig? Or was it much later?

I feel that we should have known ELLIOT's full story and how he died. now if that plays into being a part of chapters 4 to 5 that would be great. because we still don't know who Poppy is to him we only have people giving theories on that? she doesn't call him anything she doesn't speak about ELLIOT's dreams of what he really wanted we don't no ELLIOT's full motors from the company. I feel it's a big piece missing from his story and I hope we find out in the next two chapters.
nuh uh i think elliot is a nice guy i feel like one of the bigger bodies framed him. Everyone remember the that tape on huggy escaping? at the end, he might have gone to elliots house. I also mummy is part of this since she said, 'obey the rule, or i will eat your INSIDES while your still ALIVE.' and a child was missing there organs and bones! i think elliot is a very passionate person and that he wouldn't do such a thing. Also my explanation wouldn't make sense because i believe elliot is the prototype so um, its either one of my opinions also i think it probs sawyer cause he an evil human and it can't be prototype because the prototype wanted to protect the children

Elliot Ludwig died around 1980. He was 30 when he founded Playtime Co. in 1940 and he was 90 in 1980. Had he survived into 1995 (when the "hour of joy" took place), he would have been 105 years. sorry, but nope.

@@user-zs3ey5gi6m I, personally, believe we might be even a toy. have you ever noticed how our perspective constantly changes? our viewing angle doesn't fit an adult. and even with the grabpack, I find our acrobatic skills a bit too impressive for an older adult. alternatively, we might be an orphan that escaped the hour of joy event as a toddler and now returns to free the others.

At first, I had an ominous speculation that the dead boy found on Elliot's estate is who Huggy used to be before being turned into a toy though I could be wrong. There's still room for more speculations. I kinda got this idea from how the narrator on the welcome to Playtime VHS tape starts guilt tripping the player and when nightmare Huggy appears at the end of the tape

Actually, the Bigger Bodies Initiative started at 1990 or before because Catnap bigger body version was created in November or December 1990
What if there was investigation into the hour of joy that would explain how catnap or ruin critters and other toys. lived for 10 years it makes sense when you think about it.
I kinda disagree with the sabotage idea. It's not clear if it was really sabotage or not. The company just says that it was, but that could have been just an attempt to uphold the company's good reputation, or to cover up the BBI. Also, the years 1930 for the company's foudation and 1992 for the beginnig of the BBI are incorrect. You make interesting theories, but you tend to overlook fine details. And detais are very important for making plausible theories.

I think the reason Elliot says that the company is nothing without them because he’s experimenting on them and can’t do anything without the children…….
I have a theory that maybe Dr Sawyer was Elliot Ludwig's apprentice or student because we know that Elliot was the one that created the process to make living dolls with poppy gels and the bigger body initiative that Dr Sawyer created also followed this process. Maybe he learned this from Ludwig which is how he's able to improvise it into bigger toys and also why the company agreed with his plans because Ludwig once puts his trust onto this man.
I think he was framed to be honest. From what we’ve heard this seems too out of character for him. I think either the prototype or Leith Pierre is behind this
You’ve forgotten something: the radio says the child’s body was found on the estate of the late Elliot Ludwig. The LATE Elliot Ludwig. Ludwig is already dead, or he’s been reincarnated as the Prototype. Therefore, Ludwig is either rotting in the ground or stuck in the factory labs as the Prototype. Either way, Ludwig is out of the picture as Playtime Co’s CEO.
We do know that some of the other experiments have broken out of the factory before. The experiments mostly consist of orphans who’ve been transformed into toys against their will. It seems more likely that the body was planted at the estate by one of the experiments in order to call attention to the factory, exposing Playtime Co’s experiments and bringing the torment to an end.
I think it was Huggy Wuggy. Think about it: Huggy broke out of the factory, maybe because the prototype told him so, and then Huggy probably stole a (dead) child from the lab or something and took it with him when he broke out, which you can see VHS videotape that shows Huggy standing in front of a house at the end and perhaps has hidden the child in Eliot Ludwig's house and does a poor job of depicting Ludwig
Although I'm not sure myself, it started from his daughter's death, wanting to find a way to save his daughter (adopted I believe), it then evolves into the persona of "How can I learn and use this ability" which translates to his experiments with poppy gel and his experimentations on humans and larger things, i want to give a answer but i need to see more proof before i will lay my certain answer down

Elliot Ludwig could be the prototype. Because in chapter 3, if u reverse Ollie's name... . It is similar to elliots name.., and there are many theories that Ollie could be the prototype... So Ludwig can be the Prototype.. and if Harley killed Elliot. Then Elliot as the prototype is trying to get revenge on Harley and also for the whole Playtime factory for betraying him...

New theory: The child found in Ludwig's estate was the orphan used to create huggy wuggy's bigger body.
Reasons:
Evidence 1: The child is an orphan
Evidence 2: The child had missing organs and body parts (these probably include the heart, brain, lungs and stomach and some bones for stronger movement) and they were placed in a giant toy version in huggy wuggy and with the poppy gel and surgery, they made the bigger body .
Evidence 3: The monster put in the chase scene of the nightmare was huggy wuggy specifically. If the child was put in another bigger body that we haven't discovered yet, they would have put another bigger body and not the nightmarish version of huggy wuggy.
This is just a theory so it might not be correct because of the timelines and stuff like that.
I really do believe that Ollie may not actually be a helping character, but rather the prototype itself. If you think about the timeline of the events that unfolded at the playtime company, for Ollie to still be alive, he would have needed to be a literal baby at the time of the hour of joy, which would mean that not only surviving that itself but also being able to get basic education inside the factory, when pretty much everyone is gone and no teachers have survived (except for Miss Delight, but we already know what happened to her) is IMPOSSIBLE. Also, if you search anagrams on the internet, and access a site that makes anagrams, by typing in the name Elliot, a familiar name might pop up, that of OLLIE. This would mean that not only the prototype is actually Ollie, but also that the prototype is Elliot Ludwig, working with Poppy, either undercover as Ollie, a sweet and innocent child that has managed to fool both Poppy and the protagonist, or an undercover name that him and Poppy came up with in order to trick the protagonist into helping them with their bigger plan.
