Great review and another great video. I’m still loving mine after 2 years!! I’m still on the original exhaust as I’ve not found anything ai like. Mate of mine has the Zard but I think it sounds like a duck!! I also gave up with the Triumph connect as I also prefer Waze!!
Thank you! As I mentioned in the video I’ll be doing a video on the exhaust and how I got it to where I wanted in the near future. I think I saw one of your track videos before buying the bike 😊 ride safe!
Britts are some hardcore motherfuckers . How are you guys comfortable sharing roads like these with cars ?? Every oncoming car is making me nervous . My first and current bike is a triumph America, I've been a Triumph fan ever since . Truly is a motorcycle for gentlemen
I've got the previous Gen 1050 rs. Put 8000 miles on in 2 years. It's quite a good bike. I got rid of the huge exhausts in favor of a small can like yours. Thinking about switching it up again and am not sure this new one is better enough to bother with. Same frame, similar suspension, different motor / tranny. I've not tried one yet but I have tested newer tuono and s1000r. Probably won't go for either though semi active susp. is niiiice. What to do...
I haven't ridden the Street Triple myself but I have friends with Speed Triples who say they preferred their Streets. I had a Trident before the Speed and I can totally understand where they are coming from because it's just a more nimble bike and you can use much more of the engine and gears on the street. The latest RS & R models have received high praise from pretty much everywhere I have seen them reviewed.
@@andy_ridesi currently own a 2018 street triple r and have Ben wanting to get the speed triple rs but after u just saying that I makes me second guess I’m a hooliganism and love using the engine to its fullest on the freeways etc so I don’t think I will be looking at the speeds but instead upgrading to a newer year and the RS version. I love that I can wheelie it with ease and it sound’s amazing in the canyons
It’s a tricky one with the Speed, I had one from new , sold it in December and yeah you’re 💯 right, it’s got a few niggles but because it’s so much fun you can forgive it ! The brakes -engine and chassis are absolutely amazing 🤩
When you accelerated, hard, away from the traffic lights it sounded glorius !!! Lovely sound !!
Yes it certainly does bring a smile to my face! Ride safe my friend.
Had mine a year love it. NO issues so far .

Glad to hear you're enjoying the ride.
I watched some of your videos before purchasing the triple, wonderful to see you comment on mine. Ride safe my friend!

That is a sick bike! I love the exhaust. I have a street triple rs and have been looking at trading it in for a speed triple rs.

Very informative. Cheers
Glad it was helpful!
Sick intro!
Wow what a sound.
How would this be for taller riders?
Rear tire can easily need changed with the oil if ridden hard.
Which Street Triple model are you suggesting and have you ridden the Street Triple and do you get the same feeling you get with the Speed Triple?

@@andy_rides When you say Trident are you speaking of the newer 660 cc model?
4K Miles from a Racetec!!? I only got 4K kms
I wouldn't run it for more than you need to without getting mapped, they are really lean and can cause damage if ridden hard for a long time
