  • Buffalo Cauliflower - Saucing up cauliflower with wing flavourings is a twist that sounds suspect but just soooo good! If you haven’t tried it yet, this recipe is a fantastic place to start and to top it off, it is baked and not fried 💛
    Ingredients
    🌱 1 small cauliflower head
    🌱 1 tsp paprika
    🌱 ½ tsp garlic powder
    🌱 1 tsp onion salt
    🌱 3 tbsp oil
    🌱 ⅓ cup corn flour/corn starch
    🌱 ⅓ cup spelt flour/plain flour
    🌱 ⅓-½ cup plant milk
    🌱 2 tbsp plant butter
    🌱 ½ cup + 1 tbsp of Frank’s hot sauce
🌱 1 tbsp of maple syrup
    Directions
    1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
    2. Break apart the cauliflower into florets and place them into a large bowl.
    3. In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, and onion salt until well combined. Pour the mixture over the cauliflower florets, add 1 tablespoon of oil, and mix to evenly season all the pieces.
    4. Make the Batter: In a large bowl, combine the flour, cornflour, plant-based milk, 2 tablespoons of oil, and 1 tablespoon of hot sauce. Mix until a thick batter is formed.
    5. Pour the batter over the seasoned cauliflower and mix until all the pieces are thoroughly coated.
    6. Transfer the battered cauliflower to a baking sheet. Add extra batter over any exposed pieces of cauliflower. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cauliflower is golden. Remove from the oven and transfer to a cooling rack.
    7. Preheat a saucepan and add the butter and 1/2 cup of hot sauce along with the maple syrup, mix until well combined, and cook for 3-5 minutes until the butter has completely melted.
    8. In a large bowl, add the baked cauliflower. Pour the prepared buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and shake the bowl to coat all the pieces evenly in the sauce.
    9. Serve and enjoy!

Fun fact . Buffalo wings were made in Buffalo ny by a black man ( back then, people didn't eat the wings too much, mostly breasts ,thighs, legs ) so he made a mambo sauce and sold the saucey wings 10 for a dollar it caught the ears of a Italian dude who wanted to set himself apart from the other Italian restaurants in NY so he stole it and patented it. Like yes, always do. Black Americans made true American culture. Music ,dance, food traditions, etc . We made it besides many inventions stolen from blacks during the 16th - 19th centuries here. So know Buffalo wings etc is apart of Amrrican black cultural foods

You logic is basically no black people equals no wings, no music, no dance and no culture in America? You just took a few truths and over amplified them into nonsense.
