Rahm Roast beans go through a cleansing process to remove these harmful toxins. We are left with a beautifully balanced drink, with hints of chocolate, almonds and caramel.

Would you like to see me make a stand for this coffee grinder?
The nickel plating was a surprise. Usually when a UA-cam restorer nickel plates something it's followed by a high polish but how you did it protects the metal from rust and looks cool at the same time!
Thank you very much. I really did struggle with this process. I’m so happy with how it finally turned out.
@@mytinyworkshop1213 Nickel doesnt stick to the bare metal (cast iron, in your case) thats why its done a previous copper plating bath.
Good job, thank you for sharing
Good to see you back! Very nice little coffee grinder resto. I like that finish, a high polish wouldn't have suited at all. I'm a tea drinker myself.
Thank you. Im really happy with the finish. It took me a whole week to experiment with different finishes. Im thrilled it turned out good. I even attempted copper plating. That was a big fail haha.
I feel like you know this already, but you deserve more views!! Keep it up and they'll keep coming!
Thanks a lot. It’s my first video in nearly 3 years so there’s not much reason for UA-cam to promote the video. More views would definitely be nice though.
Very nice! That coffee looked good to - I like light roasted single source coffee.
It sure is good. It’s a medium roast, single source, smooth coffee with no bitterness. The cup score was initially 84 not it’s been retested and got a score of 91. They are now roasting in smaller batches to have a more consistent roast. I suggest trying it. Who knows, it might end up being your new favourite coffee.
Just checked and It’s actually on sale at the moment 3 for 2.
@@mytinyworkshop1213 wow, that sounds really good!
Beautiful restoration.
Thank you
Great restoration.
So good to see you back!!
I see you were using a Chas Parker vice. Did you do a restoration on it by any chance?
Thank you. I’m back but not like before, i still don’t understand how I managed 1 video a week back then. Finally someone recognised the Chas Parker. I have to apologise but I didn’t film the restoration. Restoring is therapy for me and I really needed the time to enjoy this project without the stress of filming. Iv had that vice for a few years. You can actually see it at the beginning of the potato scale video. My main bench vice is a Swindon’s (yes I also restored that quietly a couple years ago). The knurling on the jaws are too rough for some projects so I had to choose a second vice to do the more gentle work. The options were the Chas Parker or the record 84 I restored on UA-cam. The Chas Parker is a far superior vice and a dream to work with. The technology is amazing. I’m working on a instagram, I’ll be putting before and after pics there from other projects iv done. It’s called mtwrestoration or mytinyworkshop.
Restaurada moedor de café ☕😉
Thanks for watching
I'm very glad to see your video again after a long break. I hope this means you're okay.
Interesting cast iron coffee grinder. And you restored it correctly. I'm looking forward to new restorations.
Hi, nice to see you. Yes I’m ok. I won’t be posting every week but I do have some projects I want to restore. It only makes sense to film and share it.
Wow This Antique Coffee Grinder looks real good after renovation. You did a great work 😊😊
Thank you very much. I’m glad you like the results
Very nice restoration...and the filming was good too.
Only one minor flaw...I think the draw needed a spring in both sides to be better centered ...seemed to me the draw was pushed more to one side.
Still give You a 9 out of 10
...and now I'm new subscriber
Welcome to the channel. The original design had one spring and it’s designed to be pushed to one side. Surprisingly that little spring has a tight grip on the drawer. It seems like the friction of the draw pressed against the casting helps keep it in place.
WOW really great job
Thank you, I’m glad you liked itt
Nicely done. The choice to leave it unpainted gave it an original look.
Thanks, iv had this for a few years and couldn’t figure out what colour to paint it. I’m so happy that I settled for nickel plating. I really like seeing the casting marks on these old pieces.
Great job! I like how you mixed the nickel and brass.
My favourite coffee is from a local roaster here in Canada called Kicking Horse Coffee. It's a light roast from Guatemala perfect for the French press.
Thank you, I’m glad you liked it. The handle was begging for some brass accents. These beans are medium roast and also from Guatemala, it’s so smooth I haven’t tried anything like it.
Superb, so good to see you back 😊
Thank you, I’m glad you liked it
Fantastic restoration job. It looks much better and it works like a charm too. I like how you left it unpainted and looking original as well. Excellent work.
Thank you. I’m glad you like it. Iv had this grinder for a few years and never knew what colour to paint it. I wanted something to stop rust and also be food safe. I’m so glad I chose nickel. The original cast is so beautiful, it would have been a crime to cover it up. Now that I have this new coffee I also needed something to grind the beans. I’m too frugal to buy a new grinder so It only made sense to share the process with everyone and also give people a chance to upgrade to a mould free coffee.
That is a thing of beauty.
Thank you very much. I happen to agree with you 😁
Columbian Roast
Nice choice, These beans are from Guatemala
1) very nice result. 2) Turkish
Me estraña que el depósito de los granos no tenga tapa 😅
Great work ❤
Thank you so much 😀
You’re right! I… I don’t believe that I’ve ever seen a coffee grinder like this before!
Thanks for watching. It’s an awesome little grinder. After seeing it on my shelf for years I never knew it would turn out like this.
So happy to see you didn't paint it. Looks great.
Thanks 👍
Aghhhhhh .... the title! You can not say MOST unique. Unique means 'one of', so something is either unique, or it is not. There are no degrees of uniqueness.
Thank you for commenting. I was waiting to change it in the morning. It sure was a unique title though. I hope you at least enjoyed the video.
Где же ты был, так долго?
Costa Rica coffee is, IMO, the best (along with Ethiopia). The worst, Colombia.
Thanks for watching and commenting, it’s nice to hear your preference. I used Colombian beans for the opening scene, the smell gave me a huge headache. The beans I use are from Guatemala. It’s so smooth and since the mould has been removed it doesn’t give me a headache or jitters like other coffees.
