Can we just talk about how this casino was designed in a way that allows it to still function properly after the world is nuked? I feel like that it is equally as important that this hologram may be a dead person as well.

I am currently doing a 1 intelligence run on hardcore (basically renders every level up useless) and to be honest there aren't as many dumb dialogues as I hoped there would be. It is not worth it :C Most of the time you become super smart for a couple dialogue options then have 1 funny dumb one.
This is a bit of a late response, but you need 2 INT in order to have special low intelligence options. My character has an INT of 3 but after some alcohol it dropped to two which brought up some odd dialogue options. At the time I had no idea that having a low INT affected dialogue, so I was thoroughly confused as to why she was acting like such a dolt, haha.

Pre-war money is very valuable and weightless. Remember that after this DLC you can get an unlimited supply of free chips via the safe in the bunker, but no way to turn them into currency. So this way you can get a good amount of caps out of it.
Late ass reply but iirc, someone in new vegas will pay you big caps for pre war money. So i imagine itd be a good farming route to go. I dont even recall this place existing tho tbf

Dumb dialogue is only noticeable in Fallout 1 and 2 , most of the dialogue is , well , dumb.
