What I Ate In Tokyo

Finding something good to eat in Tokyo is easy. Finding something vegan can be a bit more tricky. This is what I ate during the last 24 hours of my Japan trip in Tokyo.

Welcome home!!!! So cool to see all those yummy dishes. The green salads look amazingly fresh. Not like some of the salad we've get here in the States. I wish to go to Japan - it's on my bucket list. :))))
Btw, I took a class with Elizabeth Andoh on Craftsy and could try to make the fritters with rice flour.
