    This is very in depth. I was going to overwinter my 3 plants but now I will take some cuttings to propagate too. Thank you so much! ❤

    I really enjoyed your video - very informative! I was wanting to refresh my memory since I had taken a cutting from one of my geraniums a month or so ago and was wondering if I should remove the flower buds that appeared. Question answered - thanks!
    Your cuttings look great by the way. Thanks for taking the time to make and share this video.
    Cheers!

    I cannot believe it took 7 months inside for the cuttings to get those roots 😳 I always wondered why in the summer my cuttings took til winter to get roots but I didn’t think it takes 7 months! That’s forever!

      @GardeningWise  Рік тому

      It took only one month for them to root. I mentioned that after 1-2 months in the greenhouse I transfered them into my house until March as my greenhouse is not heated. The update in March is to show that rooted cuttings can be easily overwintered in the house.

    Very good tips and economic way for getting more geraniums. I might buy one geranium now. Can they be grown by seeds?

    • @GardeningWise
      @GardeningWise  3 роки тому +1

      May be but I haven't seen seeds in any local store.

      Yes they can be grown by seeds

    Today I bought a 6 pack of geraniums from Tesco. Do they grow well. What conditions do they like. Do you have a video of planting them?

    • @GardeningWise
      @GardeningWise  3 роки тому

      Great! Planting is same as you see me potting up these rooted cuttings. They are very easy plants. They don't require a lot of watering and they thrive in sun as well as part shade.

      @@GardeningWise can't wait to see them bloom. I have a conservatory. When I overwinter do I need to bring them in or can I leave them in the conservatory

    • @GardeningWise
      @GardeningWise  3 роки тому +2

      No conservatory would be fine as long it doesn't go under 4C. They are also grown as house plants.
