More of these no jumping workouts please. I want to be fit but i can't do all of that plyometric stuff. I want to sweat and raise my heart rate without losing my knee caps.

@@1am636 Yes and No, I have a syndrome in my knees that flares up when I jump or land too harshly on my knees! Some people's knees are just more sensitive than others! But irritation can also be caused by a lack of form or activity!

Thank you for including no jumping, I normally just have to skip over jumping parts or replace it with something non jumping and it always makes me feel like a cheater tbh, or like I didn’t do it all, even if I replaced it with something different.

WOW. Nearly cried when I finished this. I did this a month ago and had so much trouble with the plank walks and the leg lifts and the pull throughs. Today I added 10 pound dumbells for the lunge-squats and leg lifts and 5 pounds for the side to side steps. I am pouring sweat and feel AMAZING. Thank you.

I am happy about the no jumping as jogging is already straining enough for my knees. I will repeat this hiit workout a few times over the course of the next weeks, I am doing the excercises a lot slower than shown in the video. But if I were to speed up I would either loose my balance or could injure myself for not moving cautiously and correctly. Love this workout, thanks for sharing

Really good workout, I am 5ft2 and weigh about 124 lbs and this workout burned 115 calories , would recommend 💖💖

I so appreciate these workouts. Pre Covid I was a gym rat. I have not returned to the gym since Covid began. I really love these workouts that you do Maddie. It allows me to still get a really great workout without going to the gym in the big busy city where I live and no doubt being exposed to Covid. Thank you!

I LOVE THIS WORKOUT!! I’ve been trying a lot of at home workouts because of quarantine and this is my favorite! Not super long so I won’t get bored but definitely makes me sweat good and burns a lot of calories!

Yes but don't worry boredom leads us all to the fridge lol, anyway these are the basics things to do to eliminate belly fat Avoid Sugars! try and eliminate sweetened products. and cutting the carbs down to 50gms a day is a good idea as well, try and eat more protein which digests better, doing a good solid fat burn workout three times a week will eliminate that bulge within 30 days plus a good pilates workout and a low impact one, I have a fat burner workout ready for you right now "Burn belly fat workout 30 min" and you're welcome to use it
hi guys! i plan on doing this workout in the morning and at night daily! going to try my hardest doing this for a month, making this so that i have a reason not to quit doing it lmao.

notes: a difficult workout! didn’t think i could get through it but i did! i have enough energy from it to do an ab workout.

i’ve been doing maddies cardio workouts, along with chloe tings abs, and also running as much as possible and eating healthy...and coming back to this made me realize how much progress i’ve made!!:)

I honestly think this is the best no jumping workout out there. It REALLY IS cardio! No holding back! I love it, you get so much out of 15 minutes - the no rests and variety of whole-body moves work so well. Would love more like it!!
Maddy, absolutely love your workouts! A sweaty mess after every video, I have always loved hiit- but jumping just bulks up my leg muscles. You low impact is still getting as much intensity but no bulking - This is working wonders! I would love to see some exercise videos for strengthening back.

Always good when the sweat from the workout provides an extra challenge - be careful on the mat especially at the end when you’re trying to do a plank walks and hold a steady plank. What a workout!

It’s been about a month since I started losing motivation, this was my first workout in a week. It was really difficult and I took lots of breaks but i finished it and am looking forward to resume working towards my goal :))
(I’ve lost 10/20 lbs I need to meet my goal, I’ll update this if I remember)
I remember doing this workout when it came out and not being able to do the kick-throughs at all. My arms were so wobbly and I lost my balance immediately... I haven't done it since. Now though... I can do it! I can keep my balance, my arms are steady and it feels a bit easier. Yay for progress! Don't give up y'all! :)
Been doing this workout for a couple of weeks between jogs during quarantine and the first day I tried it I hated it so much, it was so difficult especially the squat drops and kick throughs but through persisting I have been able to finish the workout with a lot more strength and finding those exercises much more manageable.
