I like that you’re doing all the sets with us, because I’m gonna be honest, sometimes I lose motivation when the video ends but it’s suggested to do 2-3 sets 😬

Idk if she does but just look at her. She makes good workout videos and looks fit af. Anyways look at other youtubers like Heather Robertson. Shes good too and similar. Personally I like Heather more but I'm testing other youtubers and shes my go to but these videos are good and tough too.

Hi mad! I just want to say thank you! I’m overweight and I tried so many workouts for my weight loss. I’m only 14 and my body weight is about 85 kg. My life is kinda weird. I was depressed and I was having problems with self harming, since I remember I was always eating when I was sad, and my relationship with my mother is terrible. I am so ashamed about my body but I decided to change it. I’m writing this comment because I know that there are lots of people that are having the same problem. I want to say thank you. Im watching you for five months and I need to say that your workouts are really helping me. If anyone is looking to make this/any of these workouts more intense, just keep doing the moves through the 30 second breaks so you transition from one to the next. keeps the heart rate up and makes it that much more difficult :) love these

I have made a playlist for myself of your workouts that are my personal favorite! I do them if not everyday, every other! They are amazing, they get my heart rate up and make me covered in sweat! I am always sore the day after. I have seen tremendous changes already too and it makes me feel very satisfied!!

60 min HIIT? Who the hell posted that video? HIIT cannot be that long. After the 30 min mark, it stops being high intensive and becomes moderate.
I have always had a back problem and I slouch a lot but with your full body workouts my back has become so much better and I have almost stopped slouching!! Thanks Maddie so much it's a great way to spend quarantine too!!❤❤

@@emileef7529 Of course. I think everyone who does her exercises regularly and correctly should see results. If you are asking personally though, I should add that I run 3-4 times per week and have a rather healthy diet as well as doing Maddie's exercises. The combination of all these gives me results.
