    Love this trainer, very encouraging and motivating but not over the top like some. Excellent tips and instruction….you can see that she is very knowledgeable

    Hell yeah. Nice and smooth transitions from one to the other. Another perfect morning workout to get the blood flowing and muscles awakened. *Picks all the pillows off the floor from the slams*😸

    Not sure this is HIIT. It's supposed to be intense exercise with rest periods in between.

    Too much planking in the beginning. Enjoyed the exercises in the second half
