I have spondylosis for 20 years and persistent lower back pain in the last 2 weeks. I could only waddle like a penguin and all my weight had to be shifted to my legs. After going through this video once, I am a proper walking human again! Thank you Dr.!

Hey! I hope you're having a blessed day :). I have been thru about 10 of your videos since I found your channel 3 days ago - you’re a godsend! SITTING QUESTION - the sleeping video is great, that seems to be when I get all twisted up but also sitting...can you do one for sitting at the computer (you have mentioned the right hip flexor getting jacked up during driving). I tend to put one foot behind me and the other in front due to arch pain, circulation issues and some neuropathy. But, I can't figure out which leg needs to be where, I can feel my pelvis rotate no matter what I do LOL. Thank you!

Hi Karina, thank you for your comment! Since everyone is different, Dr. Ryan recommends listening to your body and deciding based on the communication it sends. Feelings of relief indicates that the body can do these exercises, and feelings of pain or discomfort indicate that the body does not like a particular movement. I would also mention that doing exercises that involve repetitive movements without proper core engagement can be very taxing, even in a healthy spine, and we always recommend learning how to perform these exercises in a healthy, core-centered way to protect the spine from a potential reoccurrence. 😊
