    모짜렐라 치즈를 넣어 짭짤하고 고소한 치즈빵을 만들었어요~
    오븐 없이도 프라이팬으로 간단하게 만들 수 있는데 불 조절을 잘 해야 실패할 확률이 적어요~
    약불 보다 살짝 더 약한 불에서 구워야 타지 않게 속까지 익힐 수 있더라구요~
    모짜렐라 치즈만 넣어 맛이 깔끔하고 늘어나는 치즈의 맛을 제대로 느끼려면 따뜻할 때 먹어야 좋은 것 같아요~ 식으면 전자레인지에 살짝 돌려 먹으면 된답니다~
    저는 오븐에 발효 기능이 있어 오븐 안에서 발효했는데 50도 정도의 따뜻한 물 위에 반죽이 담긴 볼을 올려 발효하셔도 좋아요~
    빵을 구울 때 너무 누르지 않고 구워야 도톰하고 귀여운 모양으로 구울 수 있는 것 같아요~

    ▶약 8개 분량
    ▶재료
    강력분 200g
    설탕 20g
    소금 2g
    드라이 이스트 3g
    우유 120g
    무염버터 30g
    모짜렐라 치즈 200g
    ▶레시피
    1. 반죽기에 강력분을 넣고 3개의 홈을 만들고 각각의 홈에 설탕, 소금, 드라이 이스트를 넣고 밀가루와 먼저 섞은 뒤 전체적으로 섞는다.
    2. 우유를 넣고 약 10분 정도 반죽하고 무염버터를 넣은 뒤 약 10분 정도 더 반죽하고 볼에 넣어 랩을 덮어 2배로 부풀 때까지 약 1시간 정도 발효한다.
    3. 반죽의 가스를 빼고 8개로 나눈 뒤 동글게 모양을 잡고 랩을 덮어 실온에서 15분 정도 휴지한다.
    4. 반죽을 납작하게 펴고 가운데 모짜렐라치즈를 넣고 반죽으로 감싸 동그랗게 모양을 잡은 뒤 랩을 덮어 약 40분 정도 발효한다.
    5. 아주 약한 불에 팬을 올리고 식용유로 한번 코팅하고 빵을 올려 뚜껑을 덮고 약 5분 정도 익힌 뒤 뒤집어 뚜껑을 덮어 약 5분 정도 더 익힌다.

    200g Bread flour
    20g Sugar
    2g Salt
    3g Dry yeast
    120g Milk
    30g Unsalted butter
    200g Mozzarella cheese

    I just finished making these! Here’s the measurements in cups and tbsp
    1 1/4 cup of Flour
    1 Tbsp + 1 Tsp of Sugar
    1/2 Tsp of Salt
    1 Tsp of Dry Yeast
    1/2 Cup of Milk
    2 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter
    1 1/2 Cup of Mozzarella (add more if needed)

    I showed this recipe to my hubby, who loves all things cheese, and he promptly decide to give it a try. And it's delicious!! The bread at first remind me of donuts, and then I got all the savoury goodness of the mozzarella. We're definitely saving this recipe, thank you very much!

    I just made these and I’m absolutely amazed, they taste SO good and they’re so easy to make! Sure it’s a bit time consuming but when has cooking ever taken only 10 minutes. This was also my first time ever making bread and it’s so much easier than I thought it would be. Thank you so much for this recipe!!

      I made the large version that Perfect Refuge did, but I added some sauce like a pizza. You could make a ham and cheese or just about anything you like. Don't make it too wet though.

    Question: how to freeze these? I mean, these look phenomenal to have as "made-ahead" snacks. Is there a way to freeze them without ruining them completely?

      You can probably freeze the dough somehow like pizza dough idk much about bread, but after that it’s probably easy to thaw it and add the cheese

    If you wanted to bake this in an oven could you? And at what temp? I feel like this could be super good cheese stuffed garlic bread!

      Just bake it at the temperature you would bake your bread normaly and you Just need watch it till the bread has the golden brown colour you likeand if you arent sure cut it open
