I made them last week and they were perfect! The taste of butter in the batter is amazing and the filling is not overwhelming. Maybe next time I will add a little bit more cinammon but the sugar and butter are just right. I made them in a 20cm pan and it worked fine. Also I hand-kneeded because I don't have a machine. I used a flat wooden spoon (if that makes sense) and after about 10-15 minutes it was smooth and soft like the one in the video. Another perfect recipe from Cooking tree!

@@shyne_1357 since 50 degrees F would be 10 Celcius it has to be C, because 10 C would be pretty counterproductive for the dough to rise. 😅 although I have to admit, I was too lazy and just let it rest in the oven at 45 degrees Celsius. 🙈 worked for me.

I liked how well the roll was cooked through. Some cinnamon rolls are under-cooked in the center. I would double the filling though. It softens the dough a bit. 💋
I used AP flour, boiled and mashed potato, and fermented my yeast in potato water with sugar and flour. After mixing the rest of the ingredients, I put it in a glass bowl that was oiled and brushed the dough with oil. I placed plastic wrap on the bowl and let it rest in the fridge for 12 hours. The following day I completed the cinnamon rolls as usual. They came out like a soft pastry. My favorite.
There shouldn't be any icing at all! It hurts seeing Americans ruining our beautiful cinnamon rolls with that disgusting icing that looks like the roll is covered in sperm or something. 😫

Amazing recipe! Things I would change: Add just a bit more filling and add pecan nuts, they're delicious with the brown sugar and cinnamon! Also, I would add a bit more cream cheese frosting because of... reasons :D

you can just put it in the sink too and fill that up with warm water. that's what we've always done. the larger bowl isn't necessary :D

no,i used my hands. it took me about 7-10 minutes to knead my dough. the dough won't be wet if you'll knead the dough a little bit longer
