- People ask what we do if we get stuck ?
we made this video to show how we use the sand anchor. Whilst the Land Cruiser wasn't stuck, we pulled it up a very steep dune. The Cruiser weighs around 3,500 Kg loaded up and the pull was unassisted, the Cruiser was in Neutral, with the motor running to run the Alternator.
We have used the method to get out of trouble on several occasions.

The anchor can also be used at the rear of the cruiser to pull winch vehicles that are heavier than us, or that are stuck in mud.
great demo guys i've seen some bad reviews on these anchor but i think some of them don't know how to use them i'll purchased or built one for sure
Thank you, we had previously made one ourselves, whilst it worked, it was over engineered and was heavy and not as simple to use as this one.
Please don't stand directly behind that anchor when it's straining....
Thanks for your concern. We use synthetic rope, very little energy is stored. When the anchor slips it moves a few inches at most. If the rope snaps it does fly, but no weight or power behind it, we've snapped a couple.

This sand is hard and usually you don't get bugged in such hard sand. Softer sands are the likely to get bugged and difficult to achieve rigid anchorage with this tool.

I had one of these..was useless compared to the pull pal. The arm you attached the winch to isn’t long enough to get the anchor to dig in.
