    Hey bro, I'm just realizing you passed 2 million subs. Congrats my man. Been a fan for many years now. I wanted to show my appreciation. The best channel for this kind of content. Always maintaining respect for the innocent while keeping the videos fun and entertaining.
    This man even kept wearing his glasses without its lenses to keep his continuity for us. He really does love ya guys. He tells us every video. But we all know we come here for those sweet sweet Life Insurance party clips.

      This logic will never make sense. Not because I don’t get but because it literally is a waste of resources. We don’t get this content for free we pay for it and he profits from it.

    She’s 17…perhaps 18 at the time of her getting sentenced to life with the possibility of parole after 25 years. So if she’s paroled in 25 years, she won’t even be 50 years old, not even as old as the woman she killed. And, unless a miracle of sorts happens to her while in prison, she’ll still be a manipulative sociopath with a lot more years to do damage to others. Let’s hope she gets repeated denials for parole. Both of their sentences were too light for what they did.

      @@Dee-JayW bro what are you talking about, when the time comes for her to be able to go to qualify for parole, the parole board gets to decide if she gets parole. So she can for sure get denied parole if they deem her unfit to re-enter society.

    • @Dee-JayW
      @Dee-JayW 10 днів тому

      @@trashteriyucky you misunderstand my point. Of course that is how parole works, very familiar with that. I’m questioning the illogic of sentencing being based on the age of the offender if released, or how many years s the victim could have lived nonsense. And then there is always the unasked question, why do people think # of years in prison should equal punishment instead of what supposedly happens, rehabilitation? The continued “the sentence was too light”, says who? Unless you sat through all the trial/evidence, know if there are aggravating or mitigating factors, plus all the other considerations taken into account by a judge, you have no idea and sound like all you want is revenge. This is why we have courts, so decisions can be made using logic, evidence, etc, NOT emotion. This is, of course, a non US perspective and system.
      Second quibble, people often comment on how light a sentence is, forgetting the LIFE and PAROLE parts. IF you qualify for parole, you are still serving your sentence, but in the community, with extremely strict guidelines, for the REST OF YOUR LIFE. If you mess up on parole (which doesn’t mean you even have to reoffend), you go back to prison. This is often mistaken as a get out of jail free card, or their sentence is over.

    • @addysong1628

      @@denisehagwood4542 It's a mixed bag for sure. The military requires a 35 percentile ASVAB (with a high school diploma) or a 50 percentile ASVAB without one. Which excludes the bottom third of the stupidest and most self-destructive humans. The flip side -- as with law enforcement -- is that the top third is also excluded, since they go off to college and other professions. So the military is built around the most average humans out there, the vast majority with an IQ of 94-106, and between age 18-24 -- peak ages for youthful idiocy. It points to the old observation about "look at the average person, and remember that half of people are even dumber." Haha.
      I'm old. I enlisted after 9/11 and served in Iraq and Germany. Idiocy is a spectrum for sure. Most military have average IQs and slightly above average discipline, but that isn't saying much when we look around us.

      It happens. The longer an officer is on the crazier what is going on around you seems. You either learn to get hardened to it and face the grim reality or you become a head case and don’t help anybody. The conversations at crime scenes can be pretty dark and often comments and conversations of officers if overheard by the average citizen or the media would make them seem as uncaring monsters. It is a coping method for the people that see the worst shit imaginable. It is why PTSD is usually not diagnosed until long after an officer retires. The coping mechanism finally wears off and you are left with the memories of what you have seen when you just try to live like everybody else. Not trying to make excuses. Just giving an explanation of my experience.

      Not only that, she sounds unremorseful and even proud of what she did. She'll most likely reoffend, given the fact that she said she killed because "people are always against her" 🙄 So that's how easy it is for her. If she's let out, she'll most likely go after the cashier for not letting her go ahead and pass a pregnant lady in line or something.

    After watching so many of Mike’s videos I started thinking Florida had the highest rate of homicides in the country. And I even thought my state of Utah was pretty high. Turns out Florida had almost a thousand less homicides per year than California and their homicide rates are similar (but because California has so many people there are many more total homicides each year. But Utah has among the lowest homicide rates in the country with just 2.2 homicides per 100,000 residents totaling just 72 homicides per year whereas California has about 6 homicides per 100,000 residents totaling about 2,300 per year. Crazy. Florida has around 1,400 homicides per year. Washington DC has a whopping 23 homicides per 100,000 residents per year! Insane!

    Poor woman. She worked hard and kept such a nice home. You can see the pride she took in her landscaping and inside the house. She also tried to steer her loser son in the right direction - only to be offed in a most horrific and frightening way. I don’t have kids, and I usually regret not having sought infertility treatment - until I see a story like this one.
