Thank y’all for a great video. My husband and I have been married for 44 1/2 years. Been retired for about 3 years. We know life is not always easy, but we love how y’all are so sweet and kind with each other. No fighting, sarcasm or drama. Thank y’all for that. Keep cherishing each other. ❤
This may be one of the most detailed and best “what to do” videos I’ve seen! Whether you’re a long time vegas guru or a newbie, this video is excellent! I literally watched the entire thing. I’ve been frequently visiting vegas for 25+ years and seen some things in this video that I’ve either never heard of or just forgot about. Never been to Blueberry Hill and will check it out next week. Also, we are looking for a pizzeria that isn’t on the strip nor downtown. We don’t want just any pizza. We want one with a good reputation. Thin crust, little grease and a good crispy crust. Can be a sit down or walk in style pizzeria. Btw….i NEED one of those shirts 🙂
Turn It Up World has some of the best Las Vegas videos! My wife and I just got back from a five day trip to Las Vegas. Before our trip, I watched a handful of their videos and they very helpful. With the help of these videos, I was able to map out our five day itinerary for dinning and attractions. Thanks to them our trip exceeded our expectations. Big thanks to you guys!
Wow, that was one of the most informational Vegas videos I’ve ever seen : you covered at all ! Nicely done! One thing you did not mention was that the the monorail is a great way to get around, and if you buy a multi day pass, you can save a lot of money vs Uber or Taxis. Granted from some of the stops, you have a few blocks to walk to the strip, but many stop very close to some of the top hotels.
I recommend going into each hotel because they all have something to offer. I also recommend the Criss Angel and David Copperfield shows. I sat in the front row at both shows. But you can also choose cheaper seats that also have a good view. Many attractions, such as Antelope Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam and Horseshoe Bend, can be easily visited from Las Vegas. You can either book a trip with a company or rent a car for the day. An early reservation is necessary for Antelope Canyon.
Love y’all’s videos!! Thank you for them. So informative!, Vegas has changed so much from when I first started coming out there….which was about 1984-85. My last trip out there was August 2022. I LOVE Vegas, and wish I was there now. Hate the heat, but I live in Texas, so……hate the heat here too!! Bred and born here…..would never leave after being here for 71 years!!❤
Been to Vegas on best friend trips about 17 times…..ate at Blueberry Hill each and every time…..late night breakfasts😊😊. Always have a rental car and stay in condos…..Westgate Flamingo Bay,Cancun Resort,Holiday Inn Vacation Resort ,Tahiti Village Resort and several more.
Your guys Channel is Awesome 💯😎🥇 I've been a Vegas resident for over 20years and y'all definitely cover everything from A to Z Like Centrum 🥇 I especially luv the Mount Charleston videos, much Cooler and more Beautiful up there. Keep doing your Thing and I luv the Content 🎉
Thanks for mentioning about taking your own picture at the "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign. Some lady tried to tell me she was helping everyone. I told her no thanks. Well, take our own.
Wow !!!!!!!! This video was awesome. It seems you out did yourself. Is there any thing else to know or talk about. This could have been 6 or more videos. Good job!!!!!!

This video is VERY helpful. I'll be in Vegas 12/12 - 12/15/2024 with a small group to celebrate my daughter's 30th B'day
You guys are the greatest, and such a lovely couple, I might add❤ ! Since viewing your various videos, I made my first trip out to Vegas with my GF last year in October and we had a BLAST! Needless to say, your videos helped us out quite a bit with some of the do's and dont's, and it informed or daily choices and decisions more wisely. I cannot WAIT to go back, hopefully this October again! 😁 Love you guys! ❤
Squash patties I think you will really like super simple, easy to modify. Grate yellow & zucchini large grate, mix garlic, onion powder, salt & pepper cover let sit at least 20 min, ring out throughly in cheese cloth, add 1 beaten egg, 1 cup panko or , any diced or grated cheese, any sausage or chopped fine meat, make patties and fry in avocado oil and a little butter. Serve with any dressing.
Y’all are the best.. I love Danny the Medic, Explore Vegas, All You can Vegas, Norma, Shin, Ruby, Pompsie, and a few others, but you guys ABSOLUTELY take the Vegas information content cake! I love y’alls stuff
I think one thing that you guys miss is making those hard to get reservations in advance (especially like Golden Steer and some other places). Many people think they can get to Vegas and walk right in without a time booked. I often "flex" my schedule but if there is one or two places we want to hit - make reservations early (sometimes months in advance)
So timely…I’m coming next week for 3 days for a girls’ trip!! Staying at park MGM. Our itinerary: pool, hotel hop by taking tram to Aria, Bellagio and Cosmo, miracle mile shops, Venetian during the days in the heat. Evening: Dinner at Beauty and Essex at Cosmo and My best friend at Park MGM and a happy hour at Zuma Cosmo and then catch a few shows (O Cirque and Magic Mike) and hit a few clubs : On the record and Drais; evening stroll to freemont.
Thank you! This was extremely informative and helpful! I love Las Vegas ❤❤❤❤. I stayed in Trump’s tower once, Cesar Palace once and 5 times at the Venetian. I would like to try Mandala Bay, MGM and the Whynn
Ok...enjoy the entertaining/info as always. BUT...Wool Caps and Jackets ? LOL ! Triple digits here in Central California....no wonder folks are relocating...Recorded earlier , just kidding. The Food part made me hungry. Great advice on " free " I had forgotten about some of that.
Great and super comprehensive video. I've been visiting for over 30 years, and still love Las Vegas! I would add that there are excellent non-casino hotels right off the strip (Desert Rose in particular) that have nice modern kitchenettes, and are very affordable, especially for longer stays. Also, there are grocery stores near the strip that will be cheaper than the CVS/Walgreens/ABC stores on strip (though mamy of those are reasonably priced) - just be careful which neighborhood you choose to shop in, and at what time. We loved the old Food4Less (RIP), but Smith's is decent as well. Big Lots and Ross for non-groceries will almost always save you significantly over Target/Walmart etc. Have not enjoyed shopping at the Albertson's or Walmarts east of the strip btw. Another money-saver is off-strip ATMs - especially credit unions - which can be free for members, but also AllPoints ATMs which service Cap One, and many, many other banks and credit unions - for zero charge. Keep up the great work, love your videos!
Do not charge stuff to your room. And thank you can pay for it when you check out. They will take the money a couple of hours later. Did this one time thinking I was gonna be able to pay when I checked out and got threatened to get kicked out the lexor 9:55
If your ever on I-40 Endee New Mexico, Russels Truck stop has an awesome free museum, heard TA bought them so I really hope they didn’t change much its about 9 miles from the NM and Texas border
You definitely started off right wirh Blueberry Hill. I always make a stop by when I visit. One of the best values off Strip. Also definitely have to hit up P.O.P's the next time I come through.
I always stay at the Marriott Grand Château over on East Harmon. I get a really nice one-bedroom which not only has a kitchen but I have my own washer and dryer. I never prepare meals in my room but I love the convenience of a fridge/freezer and microwave! How sad…surrounded by some of the finest and tastiest restaurants on the planet and you’re in your room feasting on Hamburger Helper. I mean, you could have gone to Branson and just saved enough for an extra trip to Golden Corral!
1- Southpoint specials are midnight (12am) - 6am, not 12pm as they said. 2- Hot dogs specials go to Casino Royal for the footlong hotdog and corndog for super cheap. 3- Excalibur is a fine cheap hotel, don't read and believe most of the BS. 4- The bus is also a steal of a deal make sure to use that if you are going down the strip or even strip to downtown. 5- Free drinks while gambling is tricky, take advantage of them, but at the same time you should never drink more than 1-2 while gambling.
So glad I went a few times during covid 😂 Felt like I had the place to myself & basically no lines to anything I wanted to do 😂 All hotel prices were cheap for the best of the best suites & I had no resort fees 😎📸
We stayed at Excalibur and took that time share tour. They are more aggressive there trying to get you to buy into it. Some people got show tickets we took the money to gamble. We also were told that if you give them a Thumbs Up they will leave you alone for that is their sign to other time share people.
Is traveling with my husband tomorrow morning to Las Vegas. We want to take the Uber to eat sometimes of the strip to some of the places you recommend .Is the Uber affordable and best way to get ?there ?
Hey, didn't you forget to mention Crystal shopping center? I have lived here in Vegas for 22 years. For me, Crystal is a place not to miss, not to shop as it's so expensive, unless, money is not a problem, but to stroll and enjoy the amazing architectural design. It's not your ordinary shopping center. Don't miss the free tram ride from Crystal going to MGM Park and Bellagio.
I always thought Los Vegas was a dirty filthy place where people take drugs and gamble..... This video portrays a completely different place!!!!! I really hope LV tourism is paying you guys heaps $$$ because this is an excellent video. LV would be the last place I'd visit in USA....but not now!!!!! Well done!!!
My day one dinner is ellis island steak special, day 2 dinner pork chops with their mushroom and onion side and a Ramos gin fiz by their amazing bartenders. Day three dinner is ocean 1.
I beg to differ.. when someone holds something out for me to take I grab it and keep walking. If they wanted money they should've made that clear before they forced their mess on me.
So drive out of strip to eat to save money ok so I did that first 2 days here I have already spent more on food then I would have just walking and eating on the strip. Uber drives to off strip restaurants come to about the same as staying on strip. Another free advice if you want to be cheap, don't go to vegas, it's never cheap
