As a born and raised in Coney Island, you broke my heart!😂 Rockaway beach it’s cleaner yes, but you just don’t get as much fun experience. I don’t know how old you are but ever since they took away Rockaway play land . Back in the mid 80s it hasn’t been the same and I personally think it’s Coney Island inferior but you’re entitled, entitled to your opinion.
WOW! Great guide! Excellent description of the 9/11 museum and memorial pools. Definitely an emotional experience and a place to be respected. I’ll note that it can take a bit of time to go through, yet worth it. I’ll also suggest taking a tour with a guide vs. a self guided tour. Very well done! Hey. Could you do a video about how sales taxes work in NYC? Trying to find out how much tax is added, if tax is added, etc. is difficult to research when you come from a country where tax is included in prices for everything
I have mixed feelings with the food chains advice: I totally agree, there are thousands of local restaurants that are absolutely amazing… but the food chains are not in every city in the world, we don’t have Chipotle in Mexico and I absolutely love it. I don’t eat Chipotle the whole week of my trip but I try to eat it if possible.
I believe the food chains are for those who don't live in the US. For those of us who live here, we would 't dare go to a chain restaurant when in NYC.
Hey. So I just booked 2 tickets for the Statue of Liberty ferry from the official website, but I received one ticket only that has one qr code and it says quantity two. There isn’t a chance I have a problem with my son since I don’t have two qrs to scan or something, right? Awesome video btw!
1:35:57 Beware of bicyclists, motorized scooters etc on the sidewalks. I often give the Bartender one large tip at the start. He or she knows that’s his or her tip for the evening and they’ll treat you really well.

The Museum of Sex on 5th Ave is jaw dropping. You MUST be aware of its graphic nature and obviously not for everyone. It is very well done in classic museum format.

Only think I disagreed with here was Nathan’s. A Nathan’s dog is def not average and they have cheese, chili etc…. Plus you can hit Coney Island and just get a Nathan’s dog during or after.

It's easier to visit Manhattan when you live close to it such as New Jersey or Long Island

most places take card, a few dumpling shops/$1 pizza/old school pizza spots won't.. and some bodega/delis will have a $5 minimum for CC.
