After watching a lot of videos about abdominoplasty (I am very interested because I am a candidate for the operation) this is the best video I have seen so far. Your voice is calm and clear, the way you explained/showed us the preparation for the procedure is just perfect - very professional and detailed enough. I can understand how it works, but your video showed the most important thing - what I can expect from this operation when I decide to do it, that there will still be stretch marks visible, but just pulled down lower.

Thank you for this- my surgery is in 2 months and the surgeon recommended a full tummy tuck but with a shorter incision because I don’t have loose skin in the sides-this has actually worried me because then my mid section wouldn’t be pulled and tight the same way- I’m worried about getting dog ears. So this video has made me ask for a longer scar to have it all removed

C-section scars are usually removed during a tummy tuck.

You can have a tummy tuck with or without liposuction.

No scar will ever go away but the Ogee Scar System is designed to fade scars. It can help with keloids but it takes daily use over two years to help. Also consider other treatment options for a keloid. Muscles are not tightened during a mini tummy tuck.

I am 2 months post op. with a TT, MR and lipo 360 and lipo inter thighs. I had 3 C-sections. My surgeon said I had the worst scare tissue in my stomach that he has ever seen. My stomach is swelling a lot. I do have your faja that fits me perfectly. I would like to know is it bad to apply too much compression to my stomach with the issue the doctor was having with doing my TT?
No that shouldn't affect things in terms of your compression. You should be bloated still at two months after a TT--that's normal--just make sure the faja is snug but comfortable. Doesn't have to be crazy tight--just supportive. By 3 months the bloating goes away. If after three months you are still bloated than it is internal fat and you should lose weight.

Some stretch marks during a lift will be removed just like in a tummy tuck but the skin removal in the breast is smaller so not as many can be removed.

I don't perform the two together. I do the monsplasty 6 months later after the tummy tuck. I have found the mons gets too high if done at the same time as a tummy tuck.

Is it possible to just work this off by working out and strength training ? Or is the fupa permanent after having babies?
Working out doesn't affect the skin. Unfortunately. Think of it this way--you are lifting a dumbbell doing a curl for example. Your bicep is contracting to shorten the muscle to lift it towards the shoulder and your bone is helping to support the weight but your skin and fat don't participate in the lifting so the skin doesn't change with weight lifting although most people think they can tighten it with working out.

With a tummy tuck you can get rid of all stretch marks below the belly button. The ones above get translocated to below the belly button after the tummy tuck.

I got a TT. They say if you have skin that is loose and extra. The bbl is the Brazilian butt lift. It’s not really a lift it’s just the name.

Sure of course. Not enough skin, too much internal fat, medical problems, larger abdominal hernia, large fibroids, low blood counts, etc. There are many reasons someone would not be a candidate for a tummy tuck.
