The only way I could get out of Hawai'i back stateside was via Tokyo so here it is United Airlines 747-400 Upper Deck BusinessFirst Honolulu-Narita 4/30/2014
Seeing these videos just doesn't compare to how huge these things look in real life when you're inside of them. You can just feel how heavy they are when they take off and land
@@frankgrimesification unfortunately he’s right, Iam retired UAL 400 F/O, watched a video in tears as they scraped one, 35 years flying, was my favorite plane ever

Just got on my recommended. Miss this bird so much!
I've flown on 4 United 747's. 2 in and out of Tokyo. Awesome plane
Gotta love upper deck.
I Love The sound of the airplane
Great video! So HNL Tokyo to USA?
That looks like the upper deck.
Wow, from 08L! That's rare.
Usually from 08R reef runway. I rarely see this.
You must've had the time of your life!
No one in their right mind would fly United to Tokyo when Japan has the best airlines in the world, JAL and ANA.
Says you. Many people fly united there.
wow . excelent movie 🙂
Upper deck. When does the beverage service start?
When the flight attendants say it does.
Sounds like a United employee flying standby
Tom Johnson yupp and grateful for the many opportunities I've had
Good deal -- I too enjoyed those many opportunities as a UALer
Blew my lunch watching this…. Who was holding your camera ? Major motion sickness 😆👎🏻
This bird is a beer can now
Not likely. Probably either got sold off to a foreign carrier or converted to a freighter.

Honolulu make the best 747s
They don’t make them you fool - they use them
first
Some Hawaiian music would've been nice.
Not really. Most people watching would likely prefer hearing the sound of the engines spooling up to full thrust on the take off roll.
