    Hey Justin! As I’m starting to get into better shape myself I’m noticing how much life and mood have improved. Now I’m somewhat fit but my mother has had weight issues due to injuries and medical conditions and I started looking for something way easier that she can do and your vids are perfect. When I brought you up to her she said she already subscribed! So thanks for helping us get our life back on track since that pandemic!

    This is something I’ve been struggling with for years, interestingly I can do feet in front and arms folded ones but standing on one leg…definitely not, I can’t do it, frustrating, but will keep practicing and hope I get better 😊
