Seeing the spoiled comments mocking Sydney's waves and the crowd is funny. I moved from São Paulo, a 20 million citizens city with no beaches, where you work 14h a day and inequality and violence can be seen in every corner. Living here it's been a dream. I can't think of any other Globalized city that offers you the same beautiful relationship with waves and the nature...You guys don't know how fortunate you are, be grateful and go surfing eeeewww
Grew up with Billy, humble Bronte boy, surfed in ITN with him, always smiling, lovely bloke. It was special to see him still around Maccas, Bondi and Tama..... miss home... shine on Billy! Ya old mate Ellksy.....
Bill Morris, " Someone, somewhere, nowhere" Legend mate, seriously rips as well. Awesome mate, thanks for a shit ton of memories. Congratulations on all your endeavours.
Bill absolutely loves surfing with a true passion for photography , and still ripping for an old bastard . Your contribution to surf photography is up there with the best . Congratulations on a fantastic career mate .
Only if you have a sponsor that pays for your accommodation. Good luck living anywhere near good waves. You may as well live in Geelong and drive to Bells, it’s better than western Sydney
Easy question to answer. NO. Not even in the top 10. Actually, the North Shore of Hawaii has better waves than all of Australia. Why do you think all the Aussies flood Hawaii every year and no one in Hawaii spends their money to surf Sydney.
North shore is country town, sydney is a city and full of disrespectfull fuckwits, the waves are sloppy, wobbly and polluted, as far as cities goe for surf, san fransico has better, bigger ,uncrowded waves than sydney will ever know
What a load of bs. The north shore is the most overrated surf spot in the world. Australia has heaps of breaks like pipeline eg Shipstern, The Right. Pipe is a short intense barrel, that's it. I bet you've never even been to Australia. I've been to the north shore during season and it's good but not enough waves. You can't exactly make a road trip out of it. Australia has ALOT more variety than Oahu
sure try to find decent priced accommodation or housing then surf super crowded entitled surf breaks, are the break good...yes, is it worth living in sydney.... god no
I always allege that Moscow is the best city in the world. It has the best service. For instance, today I got my dental kit delivered at 3am in just 15 minutes.

28000 beaches in Australia 🇦🇺 Sydney is not known for its waves for a reason.
Can you please take all your Brazilian dogs friends back home? Australian dislike brazzo so much , you must know this ?
@@mattm6654 no there not !😂

Sydney is great if you like shit waves and crowds most of the time.
@@FrankCollettebecause there’s so many waves and so many people. Doesn’t mean the waves are that good or it isn’t crowded
It does have some sick waves actually
What’s a better city in the world ?
@@Kanric85 San Diego
Have you seen the waves and crowds in Perth?
I concur, it’s got so many cool little pots and reefs.
Epic Billy! You're our man on the Southside!!!!
Lisbon?
Only if you like paying for parking and sitting in traffic.....and surfing in crowds...then it's a Great place for ya;).
Still plenty of beaches that you don’t have to pay for parking. Not bad for a major city with surfing beaches on its doorstep.
Bill is a legend

What? Not many people that live in Sydney’s west actually surf. Bells is the most overrated wave in Australia by the way.
@ I’m talking cost of living. $ vs $ for a rental. Are you kidding? After the winter we just had
@@Kyecantsurf Let’s be honest, Geelong is a shithole and you’re still at least 30 mins from the beach.
Yes it’s the best please go there
Its a great cycling city ..
Couldn’t even get half way through this video

The North Shore isn't a city,It's a tourist town.Sydney has better waves than LA and more breaks than Durban so I think it is
yup..I surfed Alone twice today in waves better than I ever got while living in Australia for two years...
Margaret river goes good

No way, weak inconsistent rarely gets good, melbourne a lot more to offer
