If I’m being honest, I can understand why some people don’t like School of IKB but I think they don’t really get the bigger picture. Yes, the sound may not sound like a song Jiro would rap (like his first one), but I really think that this shows Jiro’s development. I also would like to think that if Jiro was a genre, the genre would be “coming of age” which is also the vibe I get from his solo song.
Man, I wish we saw all this character development in the anime. I hope they will do the second season and that we'll actually get the canon events adapted. I liked the bros the least in the anime, but they grew on me over time, Jiro especially. There is just something interesting about being the middle child. The struggle to be both mature and immature at the same time is seemingly unimportant but actually very hard to deal with.
I've only recently been trying to get into Hypmic and these videos are a god send, tbh! Your level of research + production quality is incredible and you honestly deserve way more views. Keep up the good work!!

It is where the terrorist attack happened! I had assumed they put the terrorist attack there as a nod to how it's a big landmark in Ikebukuro and has hosted a bunch of real life Hypmic events. But I wouldn't put it past Hypmic for making it deeper than that.
