India carried out large military drills in the state of Rajasthan on the border with Pakistan. These drills came at a time when Pakistan went to vote for its Prime Minister. For the first time ever, India invited the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Japan to take part in Exercises Desert Cyclone, Sada Tanseeq and Dharma Guardian. Meanwhile, India also launched exercise Vayushakti 2024 and Bharatshakti 2024 in a major show of force. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also announced a project to make India’s very own stealth fighter jet.

If it were not for our Corrupt Military establishment, I would rather have Pakistan diplomatically solve the border issues rather then spending huge sums of money on defense. But it looks like India tested how the Integrated Battle Group will fight in a real combat zone. Remember India raised its first Integrated Battle Group only last year.
