    I walked 10km yesterday and didn't want to practice my usual ashtanga this morning, so I thought maybe i could find a nice routine for stretching those precise muscles, right away I stumble unto this nice sequence. I've been really enjoying your routines for years as an alternative of my daily practice, but never left a comment of appreciation. Thank you💜

    Paula, thank you for this class. At the end of the sequence, at Savasana, I haven’t felt closer to floor (that melted feeling) than this morning. I became part of the yoga mat, flat, even, square. I didn’t want to get up.🥰❤️

    Thank you what you do, I really enjoy your videos, your way to teach is calm and warm!
    I have done your 30 day heart challenge few times now, do you plan to do more 30 days challenges in future? I would also love more vinyasa/strenght/balance type videos, I really liked to see my improvement with that 30 day challenge where at first some of the videos were really hard but after doing more, I finally could have strenght to hold some balance poses etc! I really like how you explain variations and keep telling us just being merciful to ourselves :). Love from Finland!
