I rolled out my air dry clay on a canvas piece and it came up very easily...no fudging with a spatula. Much easier! Thanks for a great tutorial! I also got out my clay tools for designs.
Great tip! Thank you 😊
Great video!! I can see us doing these at school with the kids!!
Kids would love it!
The whole concept of this craft is really brilliant. I've never done dotting before. But love this idea with the clay.
You’ve never done dotting before??!! It’s addicting. You’ve been warned 😂 Happy Holidays!
@@TheDottingCenter Happy Christmas and New Year !🎉🎄🎉 Maybe I'll try dotting in the New Year !
Can I just say- I LOVE your clever sound effects, ( crowd amazement gasps and “ let it dry” wind blowing). Soooo creative and fun! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
You're so sweet! I'm so glad you like the sound effects 😃Happy Holidays!
Beautiful!❤
On the tree, they look like crocheted ornaments!
Thank you for sharing!😊
Thank you! YES they look way more like crochet than lace. It's a heckuva lot easier to make than crochet ornaments for sure 😂

Oh, Rachel! So beautiful and looks like fun. I recently watched someone else's video (could have been dough ornaments), and it was suggested to use a drying rack to speed up the drying process. Haven't done it myself, just passing the idea along. Thanks.
Drying racks would help, thanks for sharing 😊 Happy Holidays
Those are all so pretty, Thank you, Merry Christmas, and have a great Happy New Year.
Thank you! Merry Christmas to you as well. 🎄
This looks so fun, and they’re really pretty! Thanks for sharing! ❤
Thank you! I loved this project.
I love this! So pretty and fun to do ! Thank you 😊
Thanks for watching! Have fun 🤩
I like this look! One tip: Do not remove the cookie cutter while adding the holes. It will help keep your outline from deforming.
Great idea!! I’ll try that!
What a great idea!
Thanks! Have fun 😊
Can’t wait to get clay and try these out! Very creative as always!♥️
I know you’ll love it. I’ve got a whole new batch started! It’s a nice break from those beautiful baubles you’ve been making. 😍
Love them!
Thanks! Happy holidays 🎄
That looks so different and very pretty! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year🎄✝️🎄
Merry Christmas to you too 🎄❤️
I know with silicone molds and air dry clay, it is not recommended to use the molds with both the clay and food. It is recommended to have separate molds for clay and food. I wonder if this holds true for cookie cutters also? I would assume so. But, if you wash your cookie cutters very well, I don’t see the harm in cross contamination. I don’t know 🤷♀️
OH yes, thanks for mentioning that. I completely forgot to warn about clay and food. Definitely not safe to eat. I’ll add a note in the description about that. Thanks for looking out!
