Just what I need. Thnx a ton man. Very useful ❤
Glad it helped!
This is really useful, thank you! This products unfortunatelly aren´t available where I live, but I did found a NEEWER Backdrop Stand which can hold up to 4 kg and is much cheaper than buying these elements separately. Would you say that could work as well as the setup you built?
Well, that depends on what you need it for. I also have a NEEWER Backdrop Stand with white and green backgrounds. That thing is extremely light and flimsy. I use sandbags on the stand's legs so it won't collapse under the background weight, which is not that heavy. In theory, if you attach a small and light camera and the same LED panels that I used, it will work, but you have to put some sandbags on each leg of the stand. There's no way the crossbar from this setup would hold my camera. I mean, it may for some time, but it's too thin and won't last long. You can use different components to build your own setup, but I highly recommend using the same crossbar that I used in the video. It's extremely strong, it doesn't bend with an attached heavy camera, LED lights, speedlights, and other stuff.
@@ElectronicsComputers I would need it for an action camera and a thermocamera which weighs around 1kg and since it said it holds up to 4kg I thought it might be good enough. But thank you for your input! :)
@loona7126 Just give it a try. It should work, but you may also need something like this: neewer.com/cdn/shop/products/90080563_2_3ec87555-c375-4fa7-85be-7d22250669aa.jpg?v=1668484082&width=1200
@@ElectronicsComputers These bags come with the setup :) Perhaps I will be able to replace the crossbar with the one you suggested in case it is not sturdy enough. Thanks again for your help!
