This was my intro to your channel and it was a great video. I was looking for a video to show someone else how to build a camera mount using Maker Pipe and you delivered a great overview of how easy it is to plan and make. I have made the version with only two verticals but I'm rethinking that now that I've seen your pipe... er... your thing... er... your mount... er... never mind.
Thanks for introducing me to maker pipe fittings - I thought I had seen all the various building kit type things but this one is new and looks like a promising mix of affordable and structural
I definitely need to check this stuff out. But first, this whole video has me needing a little David Wilcox. After Layin Pipe I'll go check out maker pipe
I'm just not a fan of PVC. LOL And I apologize, some of those videos were shot out of order. I don't think you were a Patron when I shot this one. You are on the list going forward! Cheers
You don’t really have to glue PVC like that. That stuff fits pretty tight with just a friction fit for what you’re doing. Or for extra security you could just put a small piece of duct tape on the joint just to hold it together. You wouldn’t even have to wrap it all the way around the pipe. Just a small 1 inch piece would do it. In my humble opinion anyway… Plus, it would be a lot cheaper than that pipe you’re trying to sell us. 🙄

I did this out of PVC Nick, it came out great, no need to glue it. Problem is, it sits in the corner 🤨 And you forgot a Patron! 🤪

@@BuildDadBuild That's cool. I thought you shot it yesterday. I love my PVC!
Cool video! Could you use this setup to add a camera for light burn?
Yes and no. Yes, but it would be stationary.
Cheers
Looks great!
P.s. it's funny that it went from Canada to Houston, then still Houston and then back to Canada😂😂
Thanks, Grant!
Cheers

The PVC was more expensive that the conduit and the attachments.
Plus the less plastic I have in the shop the better.
Cheers
Love your channel brother! Clinky’s!
